Whatever you do, DO NOT go to the location on Alafaya Trail near UCF. I rented a unit out for just 1.5 months and it got infested with roaches. Lost a lot of items due to the infestation, including couches, 2 box springs, etc. We have insurance on our unit but they are working sloooooowly to resolve the matter…just don’t do it to yourself.
We used the Public storage facility on Goldenrod Road where Karla was our Manager. She is a top notch manager who is helpful, caring, considerate and very professional.
