I’m lucky to choose this storage. It have been 2 years since I brought my stuff here and Jose is the most incredible employee that always helps me with anything that I need. Always polite, professional and problem solvers.

Jose was amazing. Excellent customer service. Happy customer! Update- public storage continues to raise our monthly costs. We complain and they lower them for 2 months and then they shoot back up to over $300 a month! They value newer customers that lock in a lower rate than long term customers. We will be leaving despite the amazing customer service Jose provides. Update- 7/31/24- they have now increased our storage fee to over $400! A month! We are leaving this facility. It’s complete abuse when you can get the exact same unit as a new customer for $150 a month. Outraged and abuse from this company. They bank in the fact that you won’t move your items. Beware! Don’t use them!

Jose is an amazing representative of Public Storage. He is always curious, friendly, and commimuncates well with our deliveries. Recently a key was not working well and Jose took the time to playbaround with the key to ensure the delivery was made. My company and I appreciate his hard work and dedication to his work!

Don't believe all the 5 star reviews, they are fake. Most of the people leaving 5 star reviews have only done 1 or 2 reviews which is a sure sign they are fake. Went today to get my holiday stuff. Only two carts of which none were available. I even asked inside and was told they have two carts and if they are taken then you're out of luck so be prepared to carry your stuff. One of two elevators were also broken. This place has gone way downhill in the years I've used them. You would think with all the rent they collect they could do simple maintenance and have carts available but they just don't care unless you are a day late with your rent. Then, they are relentless in contacting you. Rent also just went up over 20% which is absolutely ridiculous. No companies raises rates over 20% at one time. I would never do that to my clients. This place is terrible. Happy to say I found a new place that was less than 1/2 of what I was paying here. Oh and they have 4 carts so there is almost always one available. And, when I was there no more bathrooms. So happy to be done with this place!

We would highly recommend this facility and this company overall. It's the first storage unit we've ever had, and it has exceeded all expectations. Jose manages this location, and he is professional, friendly, experienced/knowledgeable and was extraordinarily helpful in walking us through the sign-up process, which, by the way, is exceedingly simple and fast. We walked in cold and walked out with a unit in half an hour. The space is clean, well-air conditioned and seems very safe and secure. The app and on-going electronic communication is also top-notch -- easy to access, use and understand. Well done all the way around.

Overall great experience! Jose’s customer self service is excellent he is very helpful and knowledgeable.

No carts to be found anywhere today. You should be ready with your own dolly or prepaired to carry your boxes in one at a time. And there's no one at the desk to ask if their are carts anywhere. The last time I was here when there was someone at the desk, I returned a full set of keys that apparently belong to an employee. Neither employees at the desk said one single word to me. I've also found that people here tend to use the loading bay as parking spots. There are better options around.

His aura is positive and upbeat and he informed me of all facility amenities! Update - Came in with an inquiry and spoke with Jose and he satisfied all my customer needs.

I cannot speak highly enough about Jose at this Public Storage location!! He goes above and beyond for this location. He’s the best property manager in this area by far.

Don’t believe all the 5-star reviews. Their sign up process is good and the gentleman that handles it is great with new customers and then instantly asks everyone for a 5-star review and people do it before they even move in. First thing - they are absolutely going to raise you rent a huge amount after 3 months. I got a unit for $110/month. I asked if that was a promo rate or the actual rate. He said it’s the actual rate. At 3 months in they raised it to $165 / month. Read the reviews and you’ll see this is true. They do this to everyone and it’s a big increase. I saw homeless people sleeping in the units. Think about that when you’re going there after dark and there is someone sleeping in the unit next to yours. I just moved out and the elevator smells like someone peed in it. The carts provided to move your items all have broken tires.

Can't recommend this property more. Jose was more than helpful with getting us moved in and taking care of any questions we had. Very friendly. 5 stars!

Seems to be a secure storage place in my trips so far. You will want to turn and go through the parking lot of the shopping plaza located next to the storage to get to the entrance the most convenient way, but once inside it does the job.

Getting your life together is never easy, but it sure does have a magical little helper in the name of Jose at the Maguire Boulevard location in Orlando. He is very attentive and almost intuitive to what your needs are. I felt like he was a member of my own family and by the end of my storage unit needs I look back and don’t think I could’ve done half of what I needed to accomplish in my short time there without him.

UPDATE: I originally rated this place a 5 because Jose is so nice but it's obvious the owners refuse to pay to have a bigger staff (which is comical since they jack up your rates constantly). Every time I come to this Public Storage there is no one upfront. I called and left a voicemail but no one calls me back and I'm waiting outside the office for a second time in a week. The last time I was here I waited so long 3 other customers came and went frustrated that the office was empty.

This location is Amazing!! We’ve had our corporate storage unit here for years and Jose has always been a joy to work with. We’ve gone through quite a few different reps in this market and he makes it super easy for us to switch access and ownership of our account. We can’t imagine having our storage unit anywhere else.
