Stored my items here over a year ago. While I went through grade 1 cervical cancer I fell behind on some payments but kept in touch and tried to work out payment plans but they wouldn't budge. Then a few weeks later prior to the official lien sale date the lovely manager there decided to steal all of our stuff from our unit and do who knows what with it. I did call the police but unfortunately they told me it was a civil matter despite them telling me prior to paying her a visit that it's considered grand theft and she would be charged if she couldn't produce my items. The legal system is a joke and I will never store anything at any storage unit again as long as I live. If you have stuff I would highly recommend placing it elsewhere because the company could care less and neither do the cops if your stuff is stolen. I was also never ever notified until I went to make a payment while I still had some time before the official sale to pay. That's when I was informed that my unit had been emptied by the manager herself and nobody could tell me where my stuff was.
I had a Reservation for a unit and for some reason I wasn't able to make a payment online to secure my unit. He tried to help me but I still wasn't able to make a payment. Then he tried to help my in office but the unit number wasn't available. Then he suggested I cancel the online reservation and wait for the unit number to appear. He was positive and very helpful and informative. He made my experience very pleasant.
The guy running the place seems a little sketchy to me. Wanting too much info on what you are storing and while I am glad they check your locks, if you send me an email saying my storage is not locked when it is... that is sketchy.

Moved in to a temporary storage unit between moves, this unit was clean and the staff was very polite had everything set up accordingly and lock ready for us. Moving is never easy but they made the whole process very pleasant. Thank you Darrin and team for all the support and friendly faces.
My experience with Public Storage has been a problem from day one; I was not given access to the facility until three days after moving into my unite. I’m also upset about the “ switch and bate” the one dollar for the first month was changed to a pro rated rate which came to 90 dollars for first month and not the dollar as advertise. Needless to say I was taken advantage.
P.S. I only used the unit for three and a half weeks and not the entire month very disheartening!

Update: Public Storage has redeemed themselves with following up as it late to my complaint. Great customer service by Brandon from PS was very concerned with my displeasure and was eager to make things right, and also one of the facility employee Tara and Brandon a bright light in such a not so bright beginning. It’s not how you begin it’s truly how you end. Thanks for turning things around by of great customer service.
I moved out of my unit on June 15, I notified the gentleman that was working on the property that same day that i will be moving out and vacating my unit. I called the property saying that I am getting charged for the following month. They advised they will look more into it and they will get back to me. Never received any call back from the property management, I visited the location multiple times to talk to someone since I did not receive any calls and they did not answer the phone. Now I am getting calls from a collection company trying to collect a payment for a month that i did not utilized the store unit.
They will pick up the phone immediately for you to rent a unit however when you need them for any issues they will not answer the phone whatsoever.
I need for someone to call me and resolve this situation. I am extremely frustrated with this location and the lack of communication, service and response. I need some support from the district manager to resolve this situation.

The manager of this storage unit is the only thing keeping me here. He's very attentive an outgoing. A model of what good customer relations can be. I'm honestly not a fan of the company itself. Due to location an the world peace project I'm working on I'm limited with locations near where I work to store my art supplies. My wife was the account holder for our unit and the security was tight. Without being an authorized user, PS would not grant gate access even though I had the key to the unit. I appreciated this attention to detail and care for security. The Attendant I worked with, Daniel W., was very respectful, kind, and witty. The unit was reasonable. It was clean when we rented a year ago and we used glue traps and roach bait around the perimeter of the unit to minimize pest activity. I can say at the end of the year, I was pleased that our unit had not seen many bugs. The hardest part of renting this unit was figuring out that you must push * on the gate keypad before entering your gate code. They have since posted a sign on the keypad saying so. The location was perfect, easy access to I4 with a moving truck, and the aisles are wide enough to navigate without much issue. Thanks!
