This Orlando Public Storage located in the South Semoran area has a wide selection of self storage units to hold any size haul.
Less than eight miles from downtown Orlando, this property is easily accessible from S.R. 15, S.R. 408, S.R. 417 and S.R. 528.

This storage unit loves to tell you false info to keep you happy. Rent increases with no explanations. I was moving out after they continued to gouge me with rent increases. They told me I would get a prorated month if I moved out early, that was a lie.

The facility is clean yes; however there is a big LACK of communication. Even when I call the property to speak with the property manager within their hours of operation it is impossible to get a hold of someone. I have never had more trouble speaking to any staff member then what I am having to deal with now. What is the purpose of having a phone number listed if nobody ever picks up? Leaving a message defeats the purpose because then issues can’t be addressed right away.
Been my storage for the past 4 months, Miss Elham got me all set up great service!! She answered all my questions and walked me thru everything. I would recommend this location to anyone๐๐๐ค

If you want to have serious health issues with cockroaches everywhere then rent a space here. BTW they will charge you for the dead cockroaches they find if you don't clean it.
Charged with an Illegal Cleaning Fee for dead cockroaches that are left in the storage unit because of their health cleaning issues???? What poor management and unethical procedures.

Do Not Use this place! Where do I begin?!? There was rat poop all over our antique furniture.They bumped up the rent by 100 bucks without warning. A large water spot on the floor. We left on our last day, they tried to scam us for the next month's rent. The grounds manager found us while we were leaving and asked us to pull our phones out and give them 5 stars. Don't believe the 5 star reviews here... chances are she was standing over them. They are scammers .... save yourself the heart ache.

The worst rat/ mice infested storage I have ever dealt with. Poor customer service. Vacated on my move out date and they still attempted to scam me out of a months rent. Still ended up paying $50 under threat of collections by steve V #154260 for a month I will not be using it Just a skeezy scam.

Marideys is the perfect employee she was helpful, knowledgeable and was willing to help with everything I needed at this location she took time to explain all that I needed to know, my visit here was perfect thanks to her.
I recently rented a unit and moved out on time, and some how Public Storage is charging me $104 for an unknown charge. I spoke with management and they told me it would be handled. It has not. I havent recieved any calls or emails from anyone in the office or regional management. They sent this charge to the credit bureau and it has affected my credit poorly. I highly recommend NEVER COMING HERE TO THIS LOCATION. HONESTLY NEVER USING THIS COMPANY AGAIN.
I was going to move to another unit due to price increase and their associate Stephanie put in a request for me to have an extra 3 months at the promotional price, which automatically approved. Thank you Stephanie.

They are advertising incorrect information, as I made it to their store before closing time and they refused to attend me because they were closing their store early.
Not only had I called prior to arriving to the store, I made it before closing time and was denied service.
I was only there for boxes, and not even with that could they help me.
No card, no cash.
Don’t state a closing time if you’re closing 10 minutes before what you’re advertising.

La primera vez que vine, nobody was at the office y Karen saw me walk doing her inspection walk through and acknowledged me waiting. Despite de para tras y para delante buscando. Definitivamente decidi el public storage donde trabaja Karen because I need great customer service when needed and she did amazing. On top of that the other lady Jessie was very helpful in assisting her throughout.

Roaches! Enough to make anyone leave. Here now to cancel at almost 1pm and doers are locked with no one on site! Horrible service. Don’t recommend! I had to take everything out piece by piece before loading up. One roach is enough to cause a disaster. Fckn upsetting cause I paid for indoor unit to avoid this problem exact!!!!
Muy mal servicio e infectado de ratas y lo malo es que te dicen si los animales te dañaron las cosas notificar al seguro, lo chistoso es que el seguro no cubre nada que sea dañado por animales y las personas nuevas que pusieron a trabajar unos hombres bien groseros

Management here is incompetent. I found a DEAD RAT in my storage on July 4th, and the same is yet dead in my storage, 2 months later. When I reported the situation, Leo (the guy on shift) told me that there's nothing he could do because it was almost time for him to leave, but he'll leave a note so Management get back to me and to await for instructions. When i called to follow up, there's contradiction about that they could help, then they could not help to remove the animal... at this point my stuff must be ruined.
I really feel thankful and lucky for get a storage space with these people. Always professional and welling to help me with any questions or concerns. Thanks so much to all staff and specially to Karen which has a wonderful personality to make you feel warm and welcome. I recommend

My experience at store # 08726, South Semoran Blvd was exceptional. The manager answered all of my questions and/or concerns in a most professional manner and at the same time made me feel completely at ease. I bought several boxes and proceeded to choose the size of the unit along with some suggestions from the manager. The manager, Karen, then finalized the transaction and made it completely painless. I am completely satisfied with renting this storage space here at Public Storage and also recommended to a friend of mine to come over here and rent a storage unit because he is very unhappy and not satisfied at all where his storage unit is now. Anyway I will be recommending Public Storage to all my friends and family who might be in need of additional storage because of this wonderful interaction with this manager.
