Amazing staff. I think his name was Manuel he had a Spanish accent he was very nice and explained to me how to rent a storage unit and how to go about it. He was kind, listened to all my concerns and was very knowledgeable about his job. He answered my questions great customer service I know my things are in good hands here. I asked about cleaning and maintenance and he was patient with me because I talk a lot. Thank you for your time Manuel.
This public storage was a joke. I bought a storage unit off of a website. I went across town to Bellevue paid for got a code to get in. The gate in the code was wrong. I called their company they couldn’t help me. The property manager would not answer her phone or callme back so then I couldn’t pick up my stuff.
So mad I can't even explain it. You guys made our account with someone else's info and took our payment then causing us to have to purchase another one and still no refund for fraudulent payment and inconveniences)s!
It's not temperature regulated, plus does not have any light
