The gate is supposed to be bluetooth capable for opening. I have to get out everytime and have tried to call customer service about this but they wont fix it. I was online reserving a 10 x 20 storage space for $82 with a reservation. It would not accept my credit card information so I had to call them. When I called them, they explained the $82 10 x 20 is not available anymore, but the 10 x 20 for $100 is.
I went to the kiosk inside where the screen is not working but someone talk to me through the whole process. It got me the 10 x 20 for 82.
overcharge for everything and add fees for insurance and late charges and AR quick to aution off your property.
Will never use again - thieves got into my son's unit by cutting the door latch and twisting metal to get his lock off. Manager never called him back to even offer another unit, so he's got an unlocked unit and no where to put his stuff. The office person who he did speak with basically laughed when he asked for any compensation (he pays extra for insurance). Security cameras are there, but none are pointed inside the facility so you only know who coming in/out. Apparently on moving his stuff he found others moving out because they had heard bad things about this place. Disappointed he never even got a phone call back.
You automatically have to pay for insurance but your units are easily able to be broken into and the management is a joke and don’t take anything serious. No cameras facing units DO NOT STORE YOUR BELONGINGS HERE !
Friendly staff, clean facility
Had rented a storage here 4 months with auto pay . Was easy too setup account for my payments and a code to enter before you get in the storage entrance .very clean but the Roach bugs nasty coming from other storages. Some storages were open other people throwing trash in them. Was awful to witness this while we where emptying our storage on our last day here. We cleaned the storage beforewe left .. People that work here check on us to see if everything was good. Very nice gentleman with golf cart checks the property and cleans it. Well kelpt and clean. THANKS .
I don't like the doors where you have to buy a cylinder lock. What will I do with the lock after I am done???? But ok other wise.
I have 3 very large a/c units. Had to get house ready to sell. COVID-19 came and several storms. My items were safe. Staff is easy to work with. I have 2 left to empty now that I am trying to get settled in new home.
