the good and the (very) bad....
good location as it is easy to reach from public transportation and Biscayne Bld
Some staff are nice and doing a good job.
now the tricky part. do remove your autopay which is automatically set when you do online. because if not you get mistery charges appearing on your card. and customer service recites some rules to you to shut you up and keep the money.
lately, public dtorage took over. raised outrageously rates, removed lighting from unuts and water access. in octiber 2024 the gates for back riw broke up and 2 months later are still not fixed. of course you can protest to.... customer service, who don't give a fig about your saying.
globally, it became a no-no place. shame.
Renting the storage was great
But when I was returning the storage the lady was kind of rude it kind of said I just wanted to make sure that I returned the storage so I don't get no charges but everything else was great

Hello, I’m won storage this morning, went there to pick up, guy at reception in unprofessional, he did something wrong and say it’s not ready for pick up, after 4 hour i call him, because I don’t want spend more time and gas to go there, he still saying it’s not ready for pick up. This is not first storage i won and never had a issue.

I’m so glad this is the location I chose. Beckham made the process smooth and easy from start to finish. He called ahead of my check in a few times to see if I needed help with any of the online rental reservation which was super helpful. He was pleasant and personable and that definitely made me feel comfortable leaving my personal belongings at this PS location.
