Poor communication/Customer service. Office staff doesn't return phone calls, stopped in several times at various times of day and no one was in the office.
My mom didn't have the Public Storage app and needed phone or in person assistance to process move-out. Explanation given was that there are only two staff members manning 2 locations and they're only in the offices a few hours weekly.
Unit had been emptied out for weeks, when they finally returned call (after 1st of the month of course and fees were already deducted) and denied prorating the weeks it was unused, despite it being their poor follow-up as the cause for weeks sitting empty.
Would not recommend this location. There are so many storage facilities to choose from, don't choose this one if you expect good customer service.
I love the ease of setting up a new unit by being able to do it online and in the app. Site is always clean, never any issues.
Laurie was very helpful and informative. Probably the nicest person I've dealt with in years.
Laurie went above and beyond to help me during my initial visit to my storage unit.

This place is nice, clean and secured. Vanessa and I believe her name is Lori rocks! 5 STAR STAFF! Great customer service and they are always willing to help. I would give a five star, but public storage will go up on your rental fees to the point, what you're paying is not worth it, even when they know they are over charging your unit the fees want stop. The location and staff is amazing, but corporate is the reason for the missing star!

I came into Public Storage office on Mitchell Blvd. and was nicely greeted by Property Manager, Laurie. We will be moving to the area in the near future and wanted to get some guidance. She was very informative and showed me several units and went over the items to be stored and this helped me to determine what size we actually needed. She also, explained to me about the Public Storage app. so, that I can enter & exit the property & make my payments, review my invoices etc.
When we’re ready to rent our unit here, we will definitely be going back to her to rent our unit at this very clean & well maintained location.

Beware. They rented me a mini storage unit and charged me for climate control. Somewhere along the way, the air conditioner stopped working, but they continued tocharge me for climate control knowing it wasn’t. Pursuing legal remedy.

I want to give Lisa a 5 start customer service. She was amazing. This is my first time renting a storage unit and Lisa was super. Yesterday, she showed me the property, the difieren units available, explained the sizes, how everything works. Also, she walked me to my car with her umbrella… it was pouring. I have reserved another storage unit. But I came back today to Mitchell location because of Lisa. Today, she helped me do all the paperwork, set up my auto pay, and placed the lock on my unit. She went over the insurance, the unique characteristics of the lock, and provided a lot of information. Lisa thank you for your patience and kindness.
