Update 9/2024 - after 2 years I “outgrew” my original unit and decided it was time to get a bigger space. Jim was exceptionally helpful, as he has always been over the last couple of years. He made the transfer over to the new unit quick and easy. So glad this is the location I chose from the start! Thanks Jim! 10/2022 - Within minutes of making an online reservation, Jim reached out to me and when I asked if I could view the unit first, he encouraged me to stop by anytime. He also communicated the pertinent details in a friendly way. I stopped in to see the unit a few hours later. Jim showed me the storage unit as well as another available. I decided to take the one I'd reserved. Jim had me checked out with all of the paperwork, information, access, and app setup in a matter of minutes. Super efficient and super attitude! Thanks, Jim!

Public Storage on Hwy 19 & Klosterman in Tarpon Springs provided a perfect experience while we needed storage for our household items. The property has easy access in and out with a very secured gate. The Property Manager Robert keeps the property very well maintained and is always aware of anything that goes on day or night. He is very friendly, extremely helpful and wonderful to work with. The Office Manger Pat provided us great customer service in getting us through the process of signing up and in picking out the best unit for our needs. He also was extremely helpful by answering all our questions. I would never hesitate in using Public Storage in the future since we never had to worry about the security of our items and working with Robert and Pat made it well worth it.

Great storage facility!

The best thing about this place are the people working there. James, Bob, Brian, and Valarie are great. They are friendly and professional. Going there is a pleasure. I have 2 cars that are 50 years old stored there. I feel that the cars are safe. The units have wide roads between units. It makes gettin in and out of units easy.All in all, I highly recommend the place. Made another trip yesterday. Jim is always professional and interesting to talk to, but today Jasmye helped me . She is charming and helpful. I like all the people who work at Public storage Great place and great location. Jim is always helpful. I feel my things are safe there. Easy to get to. I like driving 19A rather than 19. The price is right and I plan on having a unit there for a long time Another year, another car. I needed to get another unit for new car. So easy to put in unit because of wide isles. James is still wonderful. Always friendly and helpful. Great place and great people.

Do not rent a storage unit here!!! They raise your rent constantly and intentionally make it so high, so they can auction it off. This is a money thing for them. These things are full of our lives, family pictures, family heirlooms, are treasure of our lives. This company has raised my rent so many times. I was 10.00 late on rent and they charged me 450.00 on the first. My rent was 250.00. Plus if I don’t pay the 450.00 by the 15th they will charge another 50.00. Money pit. Criminal business in my opinion. I needed a place to put my life in for a time and ended up paying a fortune. They say oh well. They don’t care about you, they only care about squeezing every dime they can and take your stuff. I have had storage units before, but never like this company.

Great location for small town Tarpon :) The manager Jim is so easy going & check out/account inquiries was a breeze! Florida storage prices consistently fluctuate so the price hikes aren’t necessarily this facility’s doing- just a heads up to those that don’t know!

This is a terrible Storage facility. Jim is outrageously disrespectful and rude to everyone I have seen him deal with in just a short span of 3 days. He harassed me when I emailed notice of moving out. This place has no control temperature as I was told for inside units and I have also never have seen anything in my entire life so roach infested as this place. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS STORAGE SPACE!

We are going out of country for a couple of years so we were looking for a good storage unit. I found a 4x6 Public Storage on their website. The unit was in Tarpon Springs, and had really good reviews. It seemed perfect for our use. I reserved it online on March 6th and followed all the steps as suggested; but for some reason, the site rejected all forms of payment. However, I received an email that had a reservation number, a move in date, and the due amount. The next morning I received a phone call from Public Storage, who confirmed my reservation for a 4x6 climate controlled unit and asked me to pay. I told him my issue and that I would pay upon arrival. Today on March 8th, we loaded our car full of stuff and went to the unit. It did not turn out as we hoped. First of all, the guy on the reception was totally rude and did not know how to welcome customers. Secondly he said, “I have no idea which reservation you’re talking about. I don’t have anything in my system.” I told him I had an email, a text, and I received phone call confirmation. He said, “ I have no idea who called you and why.” I told him, “no need to be rude, I have a proof I booked a unit here.” Then he said, “oh okay, we are giving you a 5x5 unit.” I informed him that size would not fit one of my boxes. The answer: “I don’t know why somebody called you about a 4 x6.” And stared at his computer without a hint of sympathy of my situation nor any interest in looking at the confirmation email or text. His casual indifference and total lack of surprise left me almost certain this sort of thing happens all the time. So does a reservation with Public Storage have any value at all?

I'm at the suite f j j p nails I just want you to know that I really love my unit just signed a 3-year lease and I just didn't really enjoy being here and Jim is an awesome manager. Come to public storage for all of your public storage needs.
