I recently had an excellent experience at a local public storage unit facility, and I can’t say enough good things about their staff, especially Aaron. From the moment I walked in, he was incredibly welcoming and made the entire process easy and stress-free. Aaron took the time to show me around, explain the different unit options, and helped me find exactly what I needed. His professionalism and genuine willingness to assist made a huge difference. The facility itself was clean, secure, and well-maintained, but Aaron’s helpful attitude really stood out. I highly recommend this location, and if you get Aaron, you’re in great hands!

Property management is amazing! I wish they had more options to help renters!
But this company is horrible. They will raise your rent every few months $60-$100 a month. And they do not care about your circumstances ever. They simply say read your contract and if you do not like it you can move. When people are barely surviving they care more about profits.

Aaron was very much a problem solver and a great representative for Public Storage! My rental experience had a few early challenges, but with a smile and determination he came up with a great solution. Highly recommend using this facility.
Mikael was been very helpful and extremely professional in helping me with a few issues I encountered. It is rare to find a young man today with the sense of responsibility and customer service that he displays. He was so eager to help me out. Mikael makes me feel good about doing business with Public Storage.

Dealing with Aaron and Mike was a pleasure. They were both extremely friendly and informative.
I arrived at the location late in the evening over the next couple days. I’ve made multiple return trips and was able to meet Aaron outside while he was making sure everything was clean.
I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone that is coming from a distance and concerned about the security, cleanliness or Convenience of the location!
Clean and very helpful staff
Definitely recommend this place. As an Active duty member, Aaron went above and beyond helping me resolve an unforeseen issue. The team there has really great attention to details. For example, I swapped a lock and they called me literally the next day.

This is probably the best storage facility in the whole area. At first I was frustrated not seeing people in the office, but when I moved out I saw Mike and Aaron outside cleaning the property. They both are very professional and great at holding conversation. I wish you two the best!
Mikal is amazingly courteous and professional. Am so appreciative of his management and the first class experience I have received in the time I have utilized public storage. Aaron has also been a real pro and always a pleasure when i have a question or a need. These guys are awesome! The facility is always clean, they take real pride and do a superb job.
Experienced a family emergency and had to find storage fast in Flordia while i was in Ohio. Public Storage made the process so easy! From the ease of use online portal to the friendly staff contacting me directly to make sure I was able to access the unit when I arrived in town and the friendly call when I checked out! Even though I am a customer of Public Storage at a different location, he took time to answer all my questions and really eased all the concerns I had. Mike was beyond helpful with the process! I had to move super last minute and was calling all over trying to figure stuff out and Mike was the only one that responded with clear and knowledgeable answers. He let me view the unit before getting it and sat down with me to look over all my options to get me the best deal! Could’ve gone elsewhere but how could I with service like that?

I have been at the Navarre location since 08/23 and it is by far the best storage facility I have experienced in the area. I’ve used a few others in the past, but they did not compare to the customer service, ease of access, and rates that I’ve experienced at Navarre Public Storage. The manager Mike is awesome. If you have any issues, he is quick to fix them. I highly suggest using this facility.
Okay. They keep jacking up the price, which is kind of annoying. I'll need to downsize possessions so I can get out.

We needed to store extra furniture and possessions while we transitioned households. This facility and its staff were absolutely amazing to us throughout the entire process. The units and facility were clean, safe, and affordable, and the unit we rented was climate controlled. The staff was friendly and helpful, and we never had one problem or issue! I truly appreciate all of their help, and I would HIGHLY recommend Simply Self Storage in Navarre to anyone needing a QUALITY storage facility!

Sharika has been easy to work with and is always looking for the best deal for her customers. I have 3 units here that are climate controlled for the last two years and all my stuff is in good condition. Easy access with a gate code, and they have large rolling carts to help move your items into the storage units. Highly recommend!
