Worst experience as they scammed me with a bait and switch. I signed up via phone with Chris and was assigned a corner, dark unit without any overhead lights. When I tried to switch immediately upon seeing the unit, they upped my monthly charge simply to move one unit over, which had lights, or any other unit which should have instead been assigned to me. If you must use this company, do not book your unit over the phone or internet, go in person to secure a specific storage unit. Otherwise they will likely give you the worst unit and have no response except to raise the price for another unit - illegal bait and switch. There was not one responsible person in this company that cared enough so I lost my money and ended up cancelling before I ever moved in. I do not recommend this company and urge you to use any other facility nearby for a better customer service experience and not to waste your money too.

Wish to thank Haseeb at Public Storage on Airport Road in Naples , Florida for absolutely great service. The facility is spotlessly maintained and Haseeb goes out of his way to be helpful. Having recently visited many of the storage facilities in Naples, I have to say that Public Storage on Airport Road is tops among them. I highly recommend them if you have storage needs.
I hope they have good insurance, the AC unit on 4th floor doesn't work because the HVAC tech is too lazy to ream out the overflow drain. He comes vacuumed out water then leaves, it runs for about 4-5 hours then shuts down, from float detector. This has been going on for a month now. Antiques and paintings need climate control, otherwise they are damaged. Now that public storage took over, seems lacking in care. So I hope they have 200,000. Everytime I go to the facility the AC is out on 4 the floor.

We needed many boxes plus supplies for a move for one of our clients and didn't have time to run all over. Public Storage was literally 5 minutes from Lely Resort, and Carla was so very pleasant, helpful and accommodating. If we have clients in that area in need of their services, I most definitely will recommend them using the storage facilities, or if needed packing supplies as it's a one-stop-shop plus nice to deal with.

Rented a unit for 3.5yrs. Moved out because rent went up to $457.21 when I originally started off at $170!! I couldn’t afford it anymore so why keep pinching pennies. I went to check my account because my light bill was rejected only to find out they still charged me after I already moved out and have the email proof to prove it. I called and Maria said it would take 6 to 8 weeks from a paper check to get a refund!!! If they wanted me to pay with my debit card why can’t they return the money the same way?!?!? Way to lose a future returning customer Public Storage!!!

Very nice facility. I was looking for a storage unit, and saw all the positive reviews here, and must say that Simply Self Storage and the manager Haseeb live up to their reputation. Very clean inside and climate controlled. Haseeb was very friendly, kind and knowledgeable. He helped me out right away, when I rented a space the first time I stopped in. So far I have had nothing but a pleasant experience here.

What a welcome at Simply Shelf Storage! I had been to several storage locations as I ‘shopped’ for the best place. The warm smiles from the two people as I walked in to SIMPLY melted some of the exhaustion I felt from the problems that drove me to seek storage options. Mr. H.S. took the time to explain to me how the place worked but the real difference was how he gently encouraged me to look at the storage facility to get a sense of what the different sizes of space meant. As we visited this very clean, well-organized, climate controlled facility, Mr. H.S. demonstrated knowledge of the facility and a real understanding of and interest in what I was looking for. SIMPLY had won my confidence through Mr. H.S. I signed up on line that night and when I returned the next day to verify I was registered, the service continued with clear explanations, efficiency and an easy facility to access. It’s very nicely and appropriately secure too. I like the fact that there are multiple controls for entry with individual personal codes to access the building. In cases where something forces you to need storage, I HIGHLY recommend selecting SIMPLY.

Absolutely, the worst experience I've ever had with a storage locker. The elevator refuses to work the eight digit code To operate the elevator every single time is a joke. A horrible place.
