Not only was the facility clean and convenient, but the jorge was so helpful. I would definitely recommend this business!
Was supposed to start renting an indoor space today and to follow up on the previous review that is a month old, the rat issue is STILL going on. The blood splatter from the traps and feces all over the place was absolutely disgusting. There was no effort to get any of that cleaned up or hidden. When I opened the door that was the first thing I saw and smelled. Fortunately the guys working the desk had no problem getting me refunded and cancelled and were nice about it. Just a heads up for anyone looking to rent here. I've rented here before and didn't have any problems, but clearly this is not under control. Give it some time before using this location.
Manager misled me, controlled environment unit infested with rats. Manager even admitted it. A complete liability that jeopardizes the health of all of their customers knowingly. No refunds just apologies. Standards need to be withheld across locations. An absolute shame, i had to cancel my unit due to feces littered throughout my goods, some items ruined. And was not refunded….. picture below shows what was left after cleaning and the game boards that were chewed up

I was with Darius this morning I was trying to get my stuff to they storage unit because I cant keep in my car for longest time he did help me out get storage to protect my stuff . and nice guy talk people takecare the customer. Again I am very happy for the service.
My wife and I rented here for about 2 years and we got behind about a month play decided to auction our things off. Every place else I've ever rented a storage unit at they give you three months. I know what did it it was the things inside the unit. My father had passed and left me his business along with everything he owned, also everything that was left from my mother's death was also in side along with my fathers roommate that had just died the year before. I was told by a previous employer that they have a storage unit of the street at the airport for units that they bid on auctioning and that they wind up taking over. The employer said they weren't supposed to bid on these auction units. She made it sound like mine was one that they there interested in. It's is by far the worst storage place I have ever encountered here in Naples FL. I wouldn't use them for things I want stolen they will screw you.I plan on slandering them and the company every chance I get WORST!!!!

My experience in the Radio road location was horrible,they steal my money,the property manager it's the most rude person I have ever talked to, they don't give me any information before you rent it,I don't recommend this location storage to no one

The worst place to put anything my little 8 by 4 unit only had a few things in it I had a Gibson explorer nicely tucked in invisible to passers-by yet someone had the time and tools they needed and stole it I should have stored it on my front porch it would have been safer!!!!

I rented a drive-up 10x10 unit online and came in a few hours later to move stuff in. The manager, Booker, was very polite and got the details squared away in just a gew minutes.
The unit had a 3ft wide door instead of a full size garage door so I requested a change. Booker was very accommodating and got me switched to a different unit with a full size door in just a couple minutes.
The best part is a Bluetooth app for my phone which I can use to open the main gate instead of typing in an access code. For the 6 loads I brought in that day, the app saved me a ton of button pushing! Booker helped me get the app loaded on my phone and we made sure it worked.
I was smiling when I walked out of that office and I'm pretty sure that you will too.

Booker was fabulous!! I was late coming in so I did an e-rental. Everything was set up for me with the entry codes upon my arrival after hours. Booker went above and beyond the follow day to assist me with my chain and lock. I wish all the facilities were this well managed. Great job Booker.
