Relocating from Arizona, and I had been the most pleasurable experience with Marina. She was wonderful and super accommodating. While I was getting my unit I encountered 2 experiences of people coming in YELLING at her about the prices (that's out of her control) she handled these 2 different individuals with so much grace. She was very helpful and calm even with their bad attitudes. She's an allstar.. and so helpful.

I made multiple calls prior to this and the establishments were filthy and had inept workers. She was able to give me direct answers to all my questions. Pulled up to this location at 4:59pm on New Years Eve. The manager (FJ) opened the locked door and asked what we needed. When I told her we wanted to rent a unit, she agreed to help us even though they close at 5pm! Amazing customer service from the start. She showed us several units and got us all set in less than 30 min. I can access the building with an app from my phone and it’s clean and air conditioned. What more can you ask for. Highly recommend this location.

Undoubtedly the most helpful customer service experience I've ever had in my life.... Come see HJ, she made my day 10 times easier than it could have been in any other place and she saved my life "for real ".

I had a wonderful experience at this location. HJ was pleasant and very informative. She was sure to explain all of the details regarding the unit rental and answer any questions I had. The lobby, halls and storage unit were all very clean. During my move, I had to use the restroom downstairs and that was also very clean. There were no hidden fees included and the $1 special for the 1st month truly was just $1. I highly recommend this particular location and ask for HJ. She was amazing!

If i could give this place negative stars i would. I have been trying to get a hold of someone for two days. No one is EVER at the front desk and they don’t answer the phone either. We waited for hours yesterday and have been waiting 2 hours outside the office today. The lady who is supposed to be working is sitting outside in her car smoking a cigarette as if she isn’t late for work. Everyone here is useless and rude.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Literally the most useless facility I’ve ever seen. No one is ever there no matter the day of the day of the week. If you need any assistance good luck. Even getting someone to answer a call is impossible. Useless workers

Great attendant at this location. Nice and attentive. I have PTSD and I am a disabled veteran with memory and mobility challenges the young lady calls me to remind me of my payment due date,makes that I am safe when I come. If she has time and call when I show up she goes back over what I have and advises me of of little things that help my experience to be easier and more pleasant as I usually have to oealoe.

From my first in person conversation with Shay, helping me realize that this spot had the best prices in the area, to my follow up phone call with Sa’Dia, who took her time explaining additional items, my experience at this Public Storage location has been five stars - excellent!! These two friendly and informative team members not only give great details / explanations, but the WAY they are is what makes my visits to our storage unit a true customer journey / experience. Other spots down the street ask double and lack the customized assistance and good energy. When it’s about moving - no matter how small the move - we need all the positive moments we can get! Get them here! :)
