Great experience with a young lady name Marina. Such a large location compared to where my boss was last in Hollywood sane company but you get no help. This young lady stopped cleaning and working the desk to actually take and show me different units sizes and layouts. I’ve been working with my boss 7 years we’ve been with this company 4-1/2 and never had an employee like Marina. I hope your company sees how you go outta your way. If I can place 0 stars I would. I rented this storage for 5 months and while the movers were moving my belongings I noticed rat poop. Something told me to leave all my furniture and just take my important belongings. Moved into my new apartment that’s newly renovated, I notice a banana was bitten. I slept at my spouse house until all my furniture was delivered when I notice the bitten banana I stayed at my apartment thinking it was a spider. Following day I went to my house to finish unpacking and made a pallet on the floor and the rat came in my sheets. The rat was running around my empty apartment. I was terrified, the rat wasn’t scared of nothing. I left my home and called pest control on a Sunday. Be careful renting a storage space at this location. I had to throw away all my belongings to make sure no rats were there. Also I paid pest control $399 and we found the rat. Placed traps around the house with peanut butter & no food was in the apartment. We caught that rat within 1 hour of the pest control arriving. I’m afraid of rats so I didn’t want to enter my home. DONT RENT FROM THIS PLACE!

Raised rent without a previous notice. No written notice at all. The previous owners sold the storage to this thrash company. Which raised the rent $100 in less than 6 months. Stick your “own nothing and be happy” up your orange bum

What customer service nobody is ever there abouslty
I wouldn't advised anyone to booked with this public storage facility. I never received any services here at all. I did book online but never received my credentials to get access to the facility, went in to request a full refund due to that and some other issues. Lets just say your belongings will not be safe here. They did not refund me in full talking about an administrative fee but the administrative did not help with any of my concerns at this place. Horrible. Horrible experience. Just all around. Even called customer service and they agreed everything should ha e been refunded due to the situation yet they never refunded me. I am tired of calling now so I will take the loss. Just want everyone to know when something goes wrong don't expect a refund or any help to rectify your concerns. Definitely wouldn't book here. Found a better storage so much more clean and a much better price.

In and out type place. with knowledgeable staff which keeps the place humming,....and fluid..climate control,....and nice temp inside the units. Parking down stairs multiple layers of automated... security...and also/ not alot of people.
