I came in person this past week and met a staff member named Gregory which assisted me on pricing and provided information on their units. Though I ended up not needing to use a storage unit (thankfully) I was still thankful that he took the time to explain to me the whole process since I’m new to all of this. Not sure who his manager is but he most definitely needs a raise!

Amazing customer service very quick.
Avoid this place at all costs! It is infested with roaches and rats! I had to throw away so many belongings so not to risk contaminating my new facility. This place smells so horrible, a stench that I haven’t ever smelled at another unit. It’s warm inside, and doesn’t actually seem ventilated at all. It’s not well maintained. I have years of experience renting different storage units and this place has been the only place where the level of cleanliness, maintenance, and sanitation was shocking. As far as customer service, there is none. The lady at the front desk is never there and her excuse is that she routinely monitors the storage unit by herself, so there is no one to ever answer the phone or even attend you in person.

I loved the service , I was attended very well By Daimaris and the other clerk , a fellow Texan as my self . Very glad to have chosen this location . They help me save on my rental I 🤔 I thought I was gonna have to spend $200 plus as in other locations I went to but with the promotion they have I paid less than $60 for a 10x18 clarification though only first month after that rent is back to normal . $250+ but pretty decent for the amount of space I was able to store my whole household items from a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom home . They made it possible for me to rent a unit on my budget . I highly recommend this place . Thanks ☺️ drop by check it out .
