Desk service inside is awful. Very unprofessional she didn't offer any assistance and when you asked for assistance she was very rude and very negative. She needs to be retrained. I have been in customer service for 20 years I would never treat a customer the way this older black lady treated me and my family. And I'm also a black older woman. She has no respect and very ignorant.

The storage at 10855 NW 7th Ave It's a great location and is very Clean. I purchased a storage about 3 to 4 years ago. The rate started at one dollar and 90 dollars a month. But now 3 or 4 years later is 225 dollars for a 10x10. I think it's a little too pricing , but anyways. But one particular day I forgot the pin to the gate. I went inside and asked pam and she helped me. She refused to help me and tell me to use my phone and find the password. This wasn't the first time she was rolled to me. She is non friendly Unprofessional not a People person to the public. She shouldn't be working there if she cannot help the customers. That day I was having a rough day. For Ms pam to tell me to look in my phone for the pin number to the gate. Like what happened to customer service. So I decided to take my things out.
From the moment I walked in last December to rent a unit, to any time I’ve needed any assistance, Ms. Pamela, the manager has been super helpful, kind, and has resolved every issue. The rental unit space is kept clean, easy to access, and secure. I would highly recommend this well managed location to anyone needing some extra space for storage. It’s convenient and Ms. Pamela is super responsive and knowledgeable to quickly get things done! Thank you

Ms. Pam is caring once you get to know her. Her customer service is great and does not sugar coat anything. it's the type of relationship you need from someone when you try to make big decisions, like renting a storage unit! She makes sure she goes through everything we need to know. She's the type of person to help us get what we came in for, then let's know that whenever we need help, she'll be there from 9 am-5 pm or 6pm on weekdays, to help.
They sell boxes, bubble wrap, and even plastic wrap for couches if you plan on storing things like that. Even tape. It's all neatly displayed, so if you plan on making the last decision to store things you have on your trunk, but are concerned that you aren't prepared, they have everything you need at a decent price.
The two aunties over here are so amazing and great. Keep up the good work.❤️❤️❤️

DO NOT RENT FROM HERE! I checked out of there on the fourth of this month December, I owe you nothing. That manager over there is a crook, she told me some cockamami story that she couldn't close out my unit until i took off the lock... when you've abandoned the unit they sure find a way to remove the lock???
This manager allows theft to occur there by the homeless; that she knows lives there and what they are doing; that's why I did not want to rent there in the first place, because she explicitly told me "they (I guess she means the other renters) be stealing people's stuff there. But she pressured me saying "She and her husband "that she blatantly admitted to cheating on," (which was TMI), that they live on the premises, that it will be okay to rent there.
As I checked out the unit i changed my mind not to rent, but she acted like a wounded dog when i verbalized "following my first mind" to not rent, but she began begging me to rent there so I did, and I've regretted every minute of it.
So leave me alone I owe you nothing!
For the first week I entered the unit stuff was missing from it. People hang out there like it's a clubhouse. It's ridiculous! Do not rent from this place if you value your stuff. To try and sue for your losses... this is not an option, because you sign a form to go through their arbitrator and it is not going to work in your in your favor, therefore, on top of your losses, you lose more time, which is money, and you gain way too much stress and aggravation.
So don't waist your time in the first place storing your things here, go find somewhere else to store your things.

I WOULD NOT STORE MY STUFF HERE. WE WENT TO PICK UP A STORAGE UNIT WON AT AUCTION AND THE ENTIRE UNIT AND THE AREA AROUND IT WAS INFESTED WITH LIVE GERMAN COCKROACHES AND WHAT IS EITHER MICE OR BABY RATS- I DO NOT KNOW THE DIFFERENCE AND DO NOT CARE TOO. IF ONE UNIT IS INFESTED, THEY ALL ARE. THIS FACILITY IS ABSOLUTELY NOT WELL TAKEN CARE OF.

When I first came here in 2016 this lady Ms pam gave me " HELL" didn't tell me anything about a promotion or anything she made me pay $45 dollars for a freaking lock. Maybe it was for lunch because when I would come and make payments so would be coming from Winn Dixie with bags in her hands .
