I’ve been at this public storage for so many years, it’s ridiculous. Little by little the rates keep increasing. I’ve even changed rooms and moved my stuff to avoid having an unreasonable rate increase. I was getting sick and tired of dealing with storage facilities where there are no people to talk to. That was until I met Maximilian. He was so helpful and courteous. I encourage you to use this location. You will be greeted with it a friendly, smiling face and a person with integrity. A lost art.

I want to be very clear with my words. Rose, Katherine, Robert, & Djoulie were absolutely phenomenal. So help me god with my right hand on a stack of Nicki Minaj records. Very helpful to me figuring life out in a new place. If I could rate them 6 stars out of 5 (which definitely should be an option) I would. A good bunch. Moving is not easy, combined with moving off of 2 hours of sleep? Remember the first time you learned calculus? Yea… kinda like that. They made my experience a great way to continue my day. Robert even held the door open for me as I was typing this on the way out… it’s the yittle tings! They can’t turn off the customer service if they tried! Its giving lifestyle is we’re being honest. Imagine Jake from State Farm but like.. a team of him. A starting 5 of service. Their kindness is like my gratitude for their kindness-it runs deep.

I would suggest a different place to store your belongings. I chose this location because I am frequently flying out of Miami. Before my flight today I was informed that I will not have access to my unit or belongings and that it’s out of their control. Forcing me to purchase new items instead of having access to items I already own.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and concern regarding an issue I have been experiencing with my storage unit at your facility. I have discovered that white dust continuously falls on my furniture, causing damage and posing a significant inconvenience. I was told it is condensation from the AC unit, but they do not know for sure.I expected a prompt and satisfactory resolution to this matter. I have spoken to the front offcice several times and provided pictures. I was promised a work order that they will have someone in to clean and the regional manager declined the work order and offered for me to move out which cannot due to surgery and I am not paying for movers for something they are at fault. Thr 2nd was to claim insurance. I am not doing that to get pennies for all the stuff i work hard for. All I am asking for some one to clean the ceiling so the white dust stop falling on my things. They are making hard for nothing! After writing this post last week, they have decided to increase the rent by$34.00. Help make sense of this unit has issues n your increasing the rent rather than cleaning the ceiling to forcing me to move out and rent it to another customer and without taking care of the problem.
Management is unresponsive to complaints. The AC on the second floor was broken for many months causing mildew to grow my belongings. They also had a roach infestation. I was disgusted to find these insects crawling on my belongings. I can not in good conscience recommend this location to anyone.

I had a mini panic attack about not being able to fit all of my belongings but she spent time going over everything with me and assured me it will fit and of course IT DID! She greeted me upon move in and helped me with a bit of directions! The staff over at PS are truly pleasant to work with and made my moving process that much easier!! Spoke to Rose who was helpful and managed to get our rate reduced for 6mths but we can expect the contract to go up after that and annually. Time to look for another storage facility. No resolution on the cursing customer service calls either....
EDGEWATER LOCATION ...Worst experience, spoke to someone about why our 10x10 was increased to 350 per month vs market rate of 220. I was told they could reduce the rent for 3 mths only. This happened last year also. I declined then immediately got 2 calls after with someone cursing and hanging up. I now fear for my property and personal information. We will need to move out.....don't trust this place.

One of our storage got open and they just sent us an email saying we had to put a new lock because our was “missing” , no explanation. My things are spoiled because of the wrong climate.
They send me to the insurance company (Sedgwick Claims Management Services, Inc), but and they shirk responsibility and I did not conclude a contract with them.
They also raised the price from $250 to $320 without my consent and I had to pay!

Today I went to this storage location to reserve a Storage and I was amazed from the service I got from the 3 Ladies that were working there today - The manager Rose, Danisha and chikita (sorry if I misspelled any manes) . They were all smiles, so polite and helpful and I felt like home. You girls rock!!!

Rose, the manager has been extremely professional, helpful and patient as I’ve been planning my move from the West Coast. She continued to follow up and support us through the moving process.
Danesha who helped us as we arrived at the facility the first time, was knowledgeable and also patiently assisting us as we needed to change or modify our reservation a few times due to a change in our requirements.
The entire staff and I believe including Chiquita are extremely engaging and friendly . They were the bright spot in a very challenging move.

Clean!! Convenient and such great service. Easy access and a great location for the whole of Miami. Rose and Dominique were such great help with making sure I was set up with all I needed. Highly recommend this location. 3+ years and not one issue!
Just be prepared for your rental price to continue to increase. And it’s very aggravating that you will not have access to your unit after 6:30pm. So you’ll be paying more for limited access.

The storage place is very very clean. The security is great and everything. The only reason I am not giving it five stars is because it's electronic entry system is not user friendly. It was a hassle to go into the storage facility and also a hassle to get out of it. Hopefully they will improve that process and I will therefore complete my five star rating for this place.

The New Manager, Rose, is amazing, she immediately advocated on our behalf and was able to negotiate a more reasonable increase of $22 per month. Rose was very responsive and polite and provided excellent customer service. Hopefully, this will be the last crazy notice we get from Public Storage.
Be careful, we just got a notice that our storage rent was going up $66 per month...no reason just a postcard saying our auto payment has been updated. We just moved in Sept 2021 and less than 6 months later they up the price by over 792 per year. Not cool.
