No one is ever in the front office. I have been there three times and the door is always locked and no one answers the phone. Terrible customer service. The storage area is nice though. Very secure, but they need more carts.
*Found out that the employee splits his time between this location and another location, which is why the door is always locked. At least put a sign on the door saying that so people don’t waste their time waiting outside for someone to unlock the door.

So you know, obviously we all are going to complain it’s “too dirty”, “trash is thrown everywhere”. “It’s too hot”,”there’s 0 dollies/racks” all is valid to an extent after learning more from the property manager imira. Public storage is just like community you are renting off from we are the tenants, from my understanding we the people are to blame not the property managers if the Tenants want to steal the community resources or be selfish it’s our fault that’s why you we have 0 equipment for others. Trash is left because of how tenants treat the facility you wanna throw trash around and act as if these people are your maids. I literally saw people leaving couches and tables out and then leavings. My only true complaint is the temperature this is fault on the regional managers and hirer ups how are you allowing 80 degree weather inside for “controlled climate” when it’s already 80+ degrees outside in south Florida. That’s a joke. Other than that the people are really trying their best

Absolutely horrid storage facility. Don’t waste your time these reviews must be staged. The staff are NEVER here. I mean 90% of the time. Says open online and front door but no one is ever here. Please ask customers at unit. They lock up all carts so you have to lift all your items yourself. It’s sooo bad! I have a 2 year old and I’m a veteran. I have to chase a 2 year old while carrying items one at a time up and down through facility. You can’t get anyone on the phone only an answering machine and no one ever calls back. I can’t even find a customer service person or manager. I’m exhausted… I’ve moved over 15 times with military and NEVER had such a horrible experience. Save yourself the trouble and find another place. Tons in Doral.

There has been 0 staff for the last 6 months or more . There are no carts to help you carry your stuff . The place is not “ climate controlled “ . It’s super humid and hot inside and infested with roaches ! Not to mention the past 3 times I stopped by , there was furniture and trash all over, and the entrance doors weren’t even working . They were stuck in open mode . It’s super unsafe and not worth even half the rent cost. Horrible . I wish I could get my money back . All my home items were infested with roaches even tho I had kept everything clean and with 0 food particles. I had to throw everything away !

Sitio en muy malas condiciones, basura por todos lados, segun y que es climatizado, sera solo la oficina, del resto es un horno, la puerta de la entrada en mal funcionamiento, carrito nunca hay, los ascensores cuando se dañan pasan de 2 a tres semanas fuera de servicio y si llevas una mudanza en ese tiempo la respuesta que tienes es "usa las escaleras" y entonces dices lo que se paga aquí que de paso no es nada económico donde lo invierten.....
This location is in very poor maintenance condition..They had an issue with the fire alarm last week that took a couple days to solved. Now it is a shame that none of the elevators are out of service. One of the elevators has been out of service for a long time and the company did nothing to fix it. Now the other one has failed. Elevators should be in working conditions, at least one considering that this location has three floors and the high monthly rent you charge.
They give you a great starting rate. A few months later they raise it 50 to 80 dollars. Disabled Veteran and they won't even work with you.

Llevo varios meses con una unidad rentada en este edificio y ya me hicieron incrementos de precio sin avisar, además ahora no prestan el servicio de carritos de carga, es necesario acercarse a la oficina y dejar un ID para que le presten un carro, Eso es ridículo, si yo necesito mover cosas un fin de semana o en un horario diferente que se supone que debo hacer cuando la oficina esté cerrada. Por otra parte el personal de la oficina no fue amable conmigo, cuándo hice mi observación por los carritos de carga lo mejor fue decir que eso es cortesía y que no están obligados a prestar el servicio, para mi eso es un mal servicio al cliente. Como usuario no tengo la culpa del mal uso que hagan otros, además hay cámaras y códigos de acceso para que ellos sepan quien entra al edificio y hace mal uso de los carritos de carga. Lo peor es que soy usuario frecuente y esta política me afecta demasiado.
I have been renting a unit in this building for several months and they have already increased the price without notifying me, also now they do not provide the cart service, it is necessary to go to the office and leave an ID to borrow a car, that's right ridiculous, if I need to move things on a weekend or at a different time than I'm supposed to when the office is closed. On the other hand, the office staff was not kind to me, when I made my observation about the charging carts, the best thing to do was to say that this is courtesy and that they are not obliged to provide the service, for me that is bad customer service. As a user, I am not to blame for the misuse made by others, there are also cameras and access codes so that they know who enters the building and misuses the charging carts. The worst thing is that I am a frequent user and this policy affects me too much.
A lot of these 5 star reviews seem solicited or bought. This place is very uncomfortable to work with. You have to enter the long code 3 times just to get to the second floor. Doors lock behind you leaving every one else locked out. THERE ARE NO CARTS! I had to go back out to the front and leave my license at the front so I can borrow a small cart. When I complained, the guy said “we’re all like that”. Nah buddy, I just used Extra Space and they had 5 carts at each entrance.
Daniel is the best manager! He take care of your needs and very professional in his work. He is available by phone as soon as you leave a message. I saw him many time cleaning the units inside and outside the facility. Congratulations Daniel for your great job at Public Storage!!! You deserve the best!

If there was a super bowl of storage facilities this particular site would be the Superbowl champs, hands down! After my first 4 year stint at this facility, I could not have been any more satisfied. Now a year later I am in need of another storage facility and I never once hesitated to return to where I was so well treated and provided for. The professional and personable manner of their staff is stellar and the cool, air conditioned facility is so relieving when one is working hard to store his or her STUFF in the Florida heat.

Want to thank Alain for his help setting up my reservation! I first went to the other location in Doral and was helped by Olga and Sara. My whole experience from start to finish was FANTASTIC!
I am completing a move from Los Angeles to Miami and needed access to 16 Wheeler Truck to avoid further charges from the moving company. Another person trying to close a sale would have made my reservation and set false promises. This was NOT THE CASE with Olga and Sara! They immediately called Alain and confirmed access for me. They gave me prices from their office and set expectations with Alain.
Today I came to the location to complete my reservation and Alain was already expecting me even though I had committed to coming in on the 24th! Alain showed me around, confirmed access for truck and loading dock. Gave me instructions on how to complete move and where to find anything. Lastly walked me through all the paperwork and set the right expectations.
My experience couldn’t be any more flawless! Coming from a background of sales leadership for a top wireless company, I know a committed team when I see one. Everyone was fantastic from start to finish!

Great facilities, safe and nice staff (when they are around).
My only complaint, and probably because I never had storage this long before, is how they keep wanting to raise the price of the storage.
You might start off at $70 or something and then after a certain period of time, it may jump to $100 or more. I've had 3 different storage rooms with this company within a 3 year span, which means moving storage once or more every year. It's silly.
I still stay with them because they have a quality facility and even added bluetooth option with their app, for opening gates, doors, elevator access. Very, very secure! You can't even get out without an access code.
