I went into this public storage a few months ago when I had a death in the family and had to move from my home and needed a place to store my belongings. Then, a couple of months later I had an issue with my auto pay and I went in to figure it out. I saw her and once again she assisted me with such care and gentleness. FRAUDS: Firstly I want to say there are so many five star reviews, because the girl Tenoa makes customers leave it on the very first day you rent. Shes rewarded if she gets you to leave a 5 star review and she’s real pushy about it, she insisted I do it before I left the store.. So you’ll notice all the one star reviews are after people have actually rented there instead of being fake reviewed on the very first day…
I kept my things in storage here for two years and they were roach and rat infested. Been a loyal, on time, paying customer for 2 years and I returned the keys ONE day late (November 2nd) and was charged for an entire month. Tried speaking with someone regarding the matter as I had moved my belongings out the previous month (October 17th). If I had known that you didn’t have to return the keys, I would have given them the storage unit back the day I moved out.. when I first rented the unit my bill was $170 after a year they had bumped me all the way to $260 which I paid because I had no choice at the time. No one ever contacted me about my bill increasing. Apparently that’s all in the rental agreement so they don’t need to tell you anything.. you’d think being a loyal customer of TWO years they would forgive me for being ONE day late.. nope. She said they are going to charge me $260 for the entire month even though the lock was removed on the 2nd.. “and if you don’t pay it we will send you to collections”. I will never recommend this company to anyone after the way my belongings and I were treated. Poor customer service and poor upkeep.
The manager Tenoa was amazing and so helpful to me and the storage customer Christopher Johnson in the E building. He recently had a mother who passed and I myself was the only person listening and available to ease his need to pack and move her entire home into a storage within 3 days of a sale of her home. Without Tenoa or myself, both with obvious care over Christophers recent loss, this would of failed and incurred a loss of 10 thousand dollars. This is the amount that offerpad holds after the sale and provides you only 3 days to clear our you loose the entire amount. Thank you Tenoa for being a big part of why that was able to be done. The 10 thousand we just got back today!

with roaches, roach and/or rat feces, much of my belongings had to be discarded because of this. Totally unacceptable; if you want your belongings stored in a cleanly, do not store them here. I stick to my original review of Tenoa, super helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, that’s not enough to use this facility. Google won’t allow me to move the number of stars to just one; if I could, I would. Tenant beware, don’t store things you want to keep. Tools maybe acceptable, but nothing else.

"Tenoa and Brenda were absolutely amazing and super helpful!!!" Is what my original review said after being pressured into a 5 star review. This has been the worst experience I have had with a storage facility and will definitely never be using them again.
By far the worst experience with a storage facility I have ever had. They badger you for a 5 star review, I had my auto pay randomly turned off making my account "late" so they removed my lock and prepped for auction when I was not even a month behind due to no fault of my own. I used them for the convenience of the location but I would drive 20 miles to avoid this company.

“Tenoa was really helpful, would be back again” Was my original review that I was forced to write in front of her after we were finessed into getting a unit that was ‘on sale’ after we were promised a cheaper one. While we were finishing up signing our life away I went on the iPad they have in the lobby and saw bigger units were available at a considerably cheaper rate than what we ended up paying. Only used the unit for a week, and after canceling two months ago we still have fees to pay. You’re better off renting a moving van for a week rather than getting a storage unit.

Tenoa is by far a gem! Don't be surprised one day if I try to recruit her! Best experience I've ever had in a not so great situation. Tenoa really turned this into a positive. A++++ I recommend renting from this location and refer as many people as you can to her for your storage needs!
This location is great! Tenoa was very knowledgeable and understanding of what I needed. Originally I requested a certain unit but unfortunately it wasn't available as the site insisted. Tenoa immediately checked the computer and honored my price for a bigger unit. Rather then trying to upcharge me.
I know have 2 units at this location and don't regret it. After a horrible experience with PODS it's nice to have employees who want to work with the customer rather then just take their money.

Nice place, but when you rent from them they WILL go up on there rate. They also need better communication between there own customer service and the people working there. They was not on the same page that make it even more confusing. Not the best storage to rent from unless you use them short term.
