My 5⭐ rating is a SOLE reflection of the PHENOMENAL Customer Service I received from Ms. Brenda Lewis. She really needs to do a tutorial AND have a podcast on "HOW TO" cater to customers. Honestly, I really HOPE Public Storage CHERISHES Ms. Brenda's ELITE skills, because a prominent guest may visit that facility and make her an $OFFER$ she CAN'T refuse. ALOT of high profile owners and etc, would LOVE to have Ms. Lewis leading their team/staff. 🙂👍🏽

I went Public Storage and spoke with Claudette and she helped and stayed Very professional and walked me through the process of booking a storage space online because I'm not very technical Savvy! In this day and age, where I find that it is so common for those who work in customer service to just abandon the service part of customer service, It is nice to know that somebody like Patrice, the property manager at this facility, still cares about taking care of a customer. I’ve witnessed her going out of her way to make sure that my fellow renters were taken care of and she’s made it a duty to get to know her clients, and be very attentive to their needs. Thank you Patrice for all you do and I hope that public storage realizes what a gem they have and how blessed they are to have you employed with them.
Ps: your prices are still too high, but Patrice almost makes up for the outrageous prices.

Problems from the start. Location has no gate access after the office closes (wasn't told this). Price increase after 1 month. The staff is hit or miss. The bathrooms are locked in the climate controlled areas. When we were moving in we had a 20ft truck and had to walk next door to the Laquinta to use the bathroom. Just not quality service.

Me and my family had the most uplifting experience. One I had not had since before COVID-19.
It appears people and companies are all out for a dollar and getting over on those who are less fortunate and just trying to live from day to day. Raising rates at will... Which public storage has also done so during the aftermath of pandemic.
Not offering any discounts to its loyal customers.
There seems to be absolutely no real professional training or compassion for the customer. Now days it's takes it or leave it, and we charge the customer whatever we want for poor service.
But today, that wasn't the case with Ms. Yazsmin at the 1500 Lauderhill location. She actually went all out to assure we the customers were satisfied without thinking twice about it, regardless of time and with patience. She was "extremely" professional distributing great people skills. Showed so much compassion toward what we were going through. Our having to move from another location that was destroyed by a devastating flood. Such a devastation losing nearly everything! Ms. Yasmin gave "red carpet service." And we need many like her in today's society. It was such a caring understanding experience. She made every negative emotional thought go away during the entire process when getting us setup. We toured the unit before renting. Was given total undivided attention making my family feel special and important. Took the time to make sure everything was carefully satisfying. We felt as if we had known her for a lifetime. We felt extremely comfortable and in good hands, knowing that we were being well taken care of after our losses.

It has been one of my worst experiences I've had in my life , I had the cops called on me because of the lady refusing to give me a receipt for my payment that just made to her ms Reshma bunseelal-,fero then proceeded to calling the cops after paying her and not receiving my receipt, the cops came and thought it's crazy for not receiving a receipt after paying her cash , not even a minute after the police came she gave me receipt, the worst experience ! After renting for over 15 years !

I been renting storage spaces for a few years now with my family and I can honestly say that recently the staff in this facility have been the kindest people I have met in all my time renting storage spaces; as well as, being very professional and dedicated on providing a pleasurable experience for us.
Wish I could give them no stars. They have treats. I did my things does about 3 months. Boxes and furniture had rest dropping and urine, some boxes chewed up. There "insurance" only covered I think it was $250 and it was a pain to get. I would never store my things here again. 1 nice thing is the staff was very nice buy that won't replace my damaged wood furniture and the smell of urine on things just had to be thrown away.

Overcharges, rates increases every 4 months. My property has been severely damaged by rats that must have climbed over the door, they cut through plastic containers etc.
