I have only been with Public Storage since the end of May, and the rate is already going up. This happened the last time we used Public Storage. They lure you with low prices, and then, all of a sudden, the rates start going up, and continue to go up. What they charge is over-the-top, as well. These places are making money hand-over-fist, yet, they continue to say they must raise the rates. Malarkey! Come November 1st, when are rate increase goes into effect, we are out of there. There are many other climate controlled storage facilities that offer the same, clean, facilities and service, but a much lower bill. Do your due diligence before you sign with them. You'll be pleasantly surprised.

If you plan on staying longer term this is not for you. The staff was nice and I don’t mean to throw any shade their way. The district manager however never returned my calls. In a little over 3 years they raised my rent 179.4%! It went from $47.92 to $133.99. When confronted with these egregious, ridiculous and abusive increases they simply didn’t care. I was planning on being a long term customer here. It’s clear to me that they don’t care at all about their customers. Once they have you in they repeatedly club you over the head. Public storage will not get one more cent of my money ever again. This is a disgustingly selfish company that abuses its customers. They couldn’t be more clear that they could care less about the people to which they rent space. Stay away.

Wish I could do 0 stars. My sister used the storage unit here and recently her credit card had to be canceled, it didn’t go through for their payment. They never contacted her or asked at all, or she would have given them new information. Instead in a matter of 5 days they took all her stuff and dumped it. There were many sentimental things in there and they also confirmed to her nobody there even called to ask, or just give her a heads up to get her things! Instead they took/threw away her items. This was dispicable and just unreal. The least they could’ve done is to say something to her, she would’ve gladly come or give the payment. Whatever you do dont leave anything important here.
A great place as a back up when your home is not big enough or you are between homes. The management is excellent and the app lets you come in even when the office is an open. Patricia is great

I have had my unit for over 15yrs. There have been reasonable rate increases, but $60 in 4mo?.??? Seriously??.last 2 times I've been there, no trolleys in the building, broken floor tiles all over the inside of my unit, last wknd it was golf tees in addition to the tile. Doors don't stay open..

It was not a good storage facility they are not cheap and they raise the rent high from my experience. Also I called to cancel and tell them I don't want storage unit anymore they are are still trying to charge me for 3 months and late fees. Worst place to store your stuff go anywhere but here.

Terminated my lease on a unit because my gf had a medical emergency passed there hrs of operation.. also jacked up our price on our unit from 75$ to 160$… not worth all the hassle of punching digits Over and over .
