Shaquaws was amazing!!! I have never had a property manager follow up so quickly with absolutely everything especially when it comes to trying to changing around storage units. Not only was she super knowledgeable and was able to walk me through the entire process from start to finish, she was actually able to answer every single question I had clearly so that I could understand and was even able to help me save money while getting exactly what I needed. She's amazing and a total asset to that location! Definitely would recommend

Beware! They will unexpectedly raise the price on you every 2-3 months. After the first three months they raised the price on me 53% from $70 to $113.
I have a storage unit at this location. I’ve called the office 3 times ON different days leaving messages for a call back to help with an issue and “ radio silence”. Discouraging considering the money I spend every month on the place.

This was my first time moving into a public storage unit and it was very convenient. You can get a really good rate doing it all online through their app. Shaqawn was very helpful in helping me get the unit. I wanted once I booked it online to get the special rate. I was moving on a Sunday so everything had to go smoothly and it did. A clean facility and they have everything there you need for a move and storage. yes they do have climate control units available! She also told me that they store, cars, boats trailers, etc.
I highly recommend this self storage I received great customer service from Shaquawn she was extremely helpful and patient to me and my husband! I do appreciate her help if you are looking for a self storage and you decide to go to this one please ask for her she is 100% great.
Review update: nothing about the below information has changed, but Public Storage have reached out and worked with me to help me with my existing rates. This review may change in the future depending on how future interactions proceed.
As I’ve found, all of these storage places suck. They do not offer any sort of long-term rental, everything is month-to-month. Expect to have your initial monthly price increase by a minimum of 60% within 6 months so it “aligns with existing market rates”.
If you’re ok with this, then this place is fine. It’s kept to an acceptable cleanliness level and I have not seen any pests while accessing my unit.
Talk about great Customer service Shaquawn is such a delight and Joy of professional help! I enjoyed myself coming thinking of the matter of my situation and I totally forgot all about it finding a storage for my King Size bedroom set for we all know the struggles of the world and I had mind on my shoulders walking in, nevertheless Shaquawn’s Energy and attitude made the negative energy run away build my spirits up to know we still have to keep fighting and living life no matter what! Shaquawn had everything ready for me as I walked and gathered other units just in case of other options and she helped me find the right Storage for me! I was looking for a place to store a boat trailer outdoors and twice had difficulty with Public Storage’s complicated and inefficient online and phone reservation systems. That all changed when I physically went to this Public Storage. Kristine was just returning from a maintenance run on the property and quickly understood the problem I was having and got my reversion sorted out. She was extremely friendly and understanding. She even took the time to show me the parking spot to ensure it met all of my needs. Her stewardship for the property is obvious and she cares about the paying customer. The interaction I had with Kristine was beyond anything I was expecting and she is a true professional!

At the office at 10:45am to make my payment and the door is locked, no one is around, and tried to call 4 times but the call ends before it even rings.

The facility is clean and easy to access. Units range in different sizes to fit out needs. Overall very happy with this Public Storage. But the icing on top of the cake is Kristine. She is one of the hardest workers we have come across and incredibly communicative. When there are hiccups, she is immediately on the scene and hands on. Public storage is terrible and will literally raise your rent every 6 months so instead of having customers they value they charge them more the longer you stay with them. I have been there 1 year and they have raised my rent 2 times. I paid $180 to enter and am now paying almost $300. It’s become ridiculous
