Karmen or Carmen. I do not know how to spell it lol. But she is the best! However yesterday afternoon around 1pm July 27, 2024. I had dealt with someone else. She was extremely rude and have absolutely no customer service. So the lady we dealt with today Ms. Carmen or Karmen. She deserves to have all the credit. She is extremely helpful. She's from New York. And her vibe and personality is amazing. Please do not let the other lady come back. She's ruining it for everyone. I've also witnessed her talk to other people using her fingers *wait a minute* to other customers. It's highly unprofessional. Ms Carmen! You are awesome! Thank you!

Have unit at arlington expressway public storage. Cost has more than tripled in last yr. We pay around $250 per month for 10 x 15 and that is not even climate controlled!

Apparently an employee called out so the office was empty, but Jasmine came and saved the day. She was professional and helpful, working with her was very easy. As a business owner myself, I recommend that the company do whatever they can to keep her taken care of and happy as an employee in regards to raises and internal promotions- you definitely want to keep her on board.

Since I've already left a 5 star rating let me explain why..... I was having a bad day bc I needed some belongings from my paid unit but didn't have the proper items to do so.. But the GM who was there with their employee Jasmine helped out so much and I appreciate that... Make sure to rent from public storage at all locations..😁😁😁😁🤟🤟🤟

All kinds of hidden fees and why do I have to pay for a lock that I'll never be able to use anywhere else again that is insane I don't mind putting a deposit down on a lock and key or the unit or anything but I shouldn't have to buy a lock that I can never use anywhere else and nobody mentioned that when I called to get prices

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE worst service in Jacksonville!! Once your stuff is there they basically hold it hostage!! I went up there trying to pay my bill and switch units for over a week and it was always closed no one there to help even tho I was told it would be no problem to switch once the promotion was uo. Of course when you call they can take your payment but that's it no switching no getting the lockout off of your unit nothing. Now because of an email that the DM isn't responding to I can't move my belongings to a smaller one that I can actually afford even tho I keep telling them this. God forbid you get Pam she's the rudest employee ever just walk away or hang up. Basically once they have your stuff thats it no changing units or anything like that they know your going to pay or loose your stuff. I've been given the run around between phone numbers that weren't correct to wrong email addresses I honestly believe the dm doesn't exist. Now cuz of waiting ive incurred fees that i was told i wouldn't get and the communication between the customer seevuce number and the actual facility is the worst ive ever seen. You call they have records of your calls and everything but when in person they cant see the calls and complaints so your treated as if your lying and when i had the customer service person try to explain to the person working (Pam) what was going on Pam acted as if she couldn't hear him and then flay out accused the customer service person of lying. Then right in front of me called someone on the phone and accussed me of lying about everything I said even tho I called and they have cameras so you can clearly see I was there. While dealing with all this 3 or 4 other people came in complaining of the same things as me and were treated the exact same way as me. Worst decision I ever made was bringing my belongings here. Also since renting the unit the place has been shot up and there is a bullet hole in my storage unit as well as the other units near mine (but the insurance doesn't cover it so anything damaged is your problem)!!

Omg Brenda is wonderful I love that beautiful soul she made it so easy and so simple even helped me to set everything up for a different location. That’s the kind of customer service I would love to see everywhere else, but unfortunately not everyone has the ability to perform with the confidence she had. I don’t know what it was about her, but she had the ability to make me feel so comfortable like I knew her for years . Let’s just say I didn’t feel like another ticket number. Trying to hurry up and get the service over with and to the next person. My favorite part about the visit was while we’re talking as she explained everything step-by-step. She was looking at me in the eye she stopped what she was doing. She wasn’t looking to the side or being easily sidetracked by the person she was training her professionalism was top notch. Even if you’re going to a different storage I would recommend you dealing with Brenda off of Arlington Expressway. She is the real MVP. Thank you!!!

Amanda and the staff were friendly and informative. They answered all of my questions and recommended the best option for a storage unit. The first unit they gave me wasn't in good condition but they quickly gave me a new unit and it worked out beautifully. My items stayed safe and dry during two hurricanes and moving out was a breeze.

Have had my outside unit for about 6 months now, it’s a bit pricey as I went from 250$to 305 for my unit but nothing yet to be ruined by weather in my unit. So I’m pleased, it’s secure and the gate system being Bluetooth is nice so you don’t have to roll down your window or get out of your car to get in.

Had great experience at this property. Candice and Brenda was so sweet, delightful and friendly.

I came in to look at what units are available. Amanda the manager was such a great help in letting me know my options.

My fiancé and I are currently looking for a storage unit since we are moving to the area and I was helped out by the manager in the store. She was very friendly and a great help when telling me about the different units. I will be back once moving time comes!

This place claims that even with a personal code you are not allowed in after 9pm. I thought that the reason why storage places give you a code is so you can gain access to your storage unit 24/7
