I was having such a rough move day and arrived at my storage unit and the truck I was driving was too big to go down the aisle and plus the unit I chose would not accommodate my furniture.... Stephanie to the rescue! She not only moved me seamlessly to a larger unit she also gave me an end unit so I wouldn't have to navigate down the aisle!! Awesome awesome customer service!! Locked in a great price online.Very pleasant representative escorted me to my clean, surprisingly cool storage unit.I was able to get a slightly larger unit for about the same price as a slightly smaller unit at a company I looked into ahead of this one. I'm satisfied.
Do not use this location a mom and daughter team stole my items and tried to blame it on a Hispanic worker! I paid so that my items wouldn’t go to auction after payment I was told to purchase a new key and then discovered that my valuable items were stolen and my storage trashed! Made a police report and a claim just upset that I would rely on a company to store and keep my items safe meanwhile you have dishonorable people and family working for this company! The lock that they broke was left in the unit! Still have not received a call from corporate yet.
They only respond to the good reviews very childish

This is my 3rd time using this facility for my storage needs over the years. Never had a bad thing to say about the staff here. Today, Victoria was very friendly and informative about their moving out process and lock purchase (no return). She explained their processes in detail and made sure I was comfortable with the knowledge. Great interaction to start the day!
Got two storage units and haven't had much issues other than pest control but we bombed the units ourselves and have no issues since.

I do not recommend Poor knowledge of proper procedures / protocols. I tried to vacate in early September 2023-filed paperwork to have removed( lost key). They never removed lock until October after I called corporate/customer service. I was told I was not responsible for oct charges. I received a letter in December from a collection agency for oct charges-seriously! I was told now by customer service that I should have filed to vacate in Oct. ????🤨🧐😡…Needles to say I had to talk to a customer service supervisor again to resolve this matter. Seriously you don’t need the stress!!!!
Every month they will take advantage of every opportunity to charge you extra, a $20 late fee , a $50 lien charges and the biggest , most irritating thing is they want you to return their call all the time. Like we're in a relationship. No ! It's just storage. It's not the end of the world! . And the reviews on their site are on invitation and approval basis only. They have lied to me so many times, saying "we cut your lock and here's an inventory !". And my lock was still there . Any other company is better, this place is all dramad out. They Need their own reality series, "Drama at the public storage!" And raised their rates at least 35% this month. This place deserves the worst reviews, and the worst things that happen to a business.
You try to call the corporate number and you will never get to talk to anyone, ever.
This place is only good to increase your stress levels in with all the other stuff we have to deal with in life. I'll leave my things on the side of the road, before I deal with them again!!!.
I am on FIRE!! I rented a 15x20 storage unit and get here with my (PAID) movers only to open the unit and it's still has items from a previous renter.. my movers are paid hourly, my children have flights at 6pm and my access was granted at 6am and its now 2pm and I'm standing in the office talking to the property manager that cant seem to fix the issue in a timely manner.. My truck needs to be back before penske closes or I'll be charged an addl $150... I can't unload because there aren't any more units this size. No discounts can be given unless it comes from higher up. WHAT A DAY!! 🥴

No one in office. Located on premises. Very nice. Rented 2 units. Before we used them after a few days circumstances changed. Asked for refund at least partial.. refused
They are able to reuse these untouched units and collect twice.

Just started renting here I am paying $88 a month for the smallest storage they are over pricing, I don't care how expensive the world is right now but on a storage Is mind blowing!. And I had to pay $117 when I first signed up. They are advertising $1 on your first month. LIARS!

It's ok in a crunch like I was. The pathways are narrow, not really big truck friendly. Bugs and moisture, but I got a unit on the end by the strip of trees so.
