WARNING!!!!! Do not do business with this people. How this place maintains a 4.7 rating is beyond me. Please watch out, after raising my rent literally almost every other month, you can see a unit 5x10 they advertise for $70-$80 a month eventually can cost you $232 a month, and I paid my rent on time every month as per picture shown. One day I went to check my stuff, not only is this place disgusting, crawling with a cockroach infestation but the roof leaked and all my stuff is ruined. The roach infestation they were aware of as they tried to control it with 1 can of raid as shown in pictures. There’s no management available the attendant claims she’s the manager but they can do nothing about. I’m stuck with an 800. # somewhere in California that nobody answer. Worst company how people still leave their stuff here getting rained on and cockroaches crawling all over your stuff is baffling. Will never recommend nor use Public storage for as long as I live.
The young lady who helped me that day was very polite and attentive. I was tired and her smile made my experience welcoming.

Because it's an outside storage, there's always a problem with locks. The price has gone up 2-3 times since I reserved space.
Fraud I do not advise anyone to rent a storage unit from this particular storage. We came to check our storage unit today after they called and let my daughter know that it was late. They cut her lock off, replaced it with their lock after they went through all of our items took all of her things, and then when we tried to make a report, they were no help their corporate office did not have anything to say, but their workers did not steal. We had to get the police up there just in order to be That we are the fourth storage unit that mysteriously has been broken into. It was not a forced breaking and their lock that they placed on our unit was not broken so whoever replaced our lock went in there went through our stuff and took everything that they wanted, we have obtained a lawyer to get justice from these crooks that work there the manager was no help. Neither was the corporate They did not want to answer any questions act like they did not have any cameras pointing at this one particular building on the entire property just know if you rent from this particular storage place you take the risk of getting your stuff broken into by the staff
Stephanie at the Public Storage Southside Blvd Location was a huge help for me today. Quick, simple, and she knew how to get me squared away without any hiccups. Glad she was there, plus she had good style and was friendly. Rock on Stephanie.
Today my husband and I rented a store unit and Stephanie helped us a lot with everything! She told us all information we needed, gave us useful advices about furniture storage and all the time was super nice and smiling lady! Definitely will recommend this place!

I ultimately decided against this property due to the distance from my house, but based on Jasmine's deposition and professionalism, I highly recommend this location.

The manager Stephanie has to be the worst ever person I've ever dealt with. She took it personal that I was able to pay off my auction. She had tried her best to cause me problems all Nevada she broke the law and kept my unit locked even after receiving payment. Not sure if she has a problem because I'm black or because they couldn't make money auctioning of my inventory. Don't store here if you're looking for common courtesy or professionalism. They don't know what that is. And know your statutory rights because they will violate them.
Stephanie, that work at South Side storage was very helpful and understanding about my situation upon moving into units that were having some difficulty with the locks. I really appreciate her fast and decisive decision making and supporting me and making me feel comfortable. I do recommend that you do rent from public storage and if you have any problem, definitely talk to Stephanie on South Side Storage she will make you happy as she did me and make this a smooth transition no matter what you’re going through, we all know that moving is very stressful

So, my husband has been out of work due to surgery. So we have been struggling with bills. We are late this month on our unit, so I wanted to get it paid. The only thing I could do to pay it was ask the office staff Stephanie if she could please just unlock the door to for this man to verify the rims were inside the unit. He would have then paid the bill right then to get the rims we were selling. I explained to Stephanie that was the only way we could pay it. Thee man was there to pay but she refused to just simply open the door to show this man the rims were there🤨☹️😤🤬,m

Be careful. Over priced and the man Scott I caught him in 2 lies. A friend of mine also said he asked them to give reviews when they've never even been there. Me as well. Many reviews if the owner will check these people have never been there nor have they rented from there. They have to get so many reviews every two weeks.
