The worst place! They are scammers who will withdraw money from your card even when you have stopped keeping your things there. It is dangerous to keep your things there, anyone can steal them and they will rudely refuse to provide you with camera footage to find out who stole the things. The receptionists are very rude and incompetent, it is almost impossible to have a conversation with them. It says that they only work until 6 pm, but in fact they leave work at 5 pm.
That is, they have a fraudulent scheme: they are absent when a person wants to stop using the garage, and then they withdraw money for the next month and do not return it.
It is dirty and stinks there. There are never any special devices for transporting heavy and large items, because there are only 2 of them and they are always occupied. Also, this garage is unprofitable compared to others, since the space is very small, and the price is higher than in another garage where the space is 3 times larger. The elevator is often broken. I do not recommend it!

The hours of access are not good and they keep cutting them back. They also started holding carts at the office because of theft but then people are not in the office to give them to you. Multiple times have waited over an hour for a cart. I would find another place this place is awful.

Not enough Moving Carts they only have 2 with all the storages they have that’s ridiculous, also the door entry is pretty small and the hallways are narrow it was very hard to fit a mattress through the doors without having to lift them sideways, they also close too early and you have to enter you PIN number every time you enter the building the app doesn’t work it was such a hassle moving this past weekend, I think I will stick with extra storage for now on

I rented here when they first got built and now I am officially leaving because it’s been hell here. Restricted hours from 6am to 6pm everyday. There is limited public assistance due to the homeless and criminal activity right across the street from a night club lounge restaurant. A lot of homeless walking about and peeing all over there facility. Can’t have nice things anymore. -customer forever gone!

The facility is cool and extremely clean. The storage unit was also clean. They honored the quote I received over the phone and online. However , I must say that Danasia was phenomenal and very informative. She was also kind , patient and humorous I highly recommend this location to everyone.
I rented storage room number 4150 for more than a year, on 03/31/2024 I arrived at the office around 4pm to inform about the departure, but the office was closed and there was no one there, I arrived on 01/04/2024, the office was closed, but there was someone inside, me I said that I was leaving, but they told me that I had to pay for the whole month, and the office employee spoke to me in a raised voice for no apparent reason. Why should I pay for the whole month if no one was in the office on the 31st, and I had to come on the 1st?
Reason for leaving: the price upon arrival was $104, then $120, but when they raised it to $160 it was too much.

The worst company I’ve ever dealt with , I rented a unit online , had to move a marble table into storage and once we got there it didn’t fit thru the doors so obviously u would think I can get my money back because I never used the unit but no I was told I couldn’t get a refund and I called corporate and it was the worst experience I’ve ever had dealing with a company . Public storage is a scam and I would advise to never give them money up front ! A huge scam !

A very clean and safe place storage for your belongings, as soon as I parked my car Fabrizio the facility attendant opened the doors and greeted me and asked me how can I help you with? From there he showed me the facility and different spaces, I decided, went back to the office, did the paperwork and the payment and booom,! Done, calm, professional and attentive to details.

The place has a moldy musty smell inside. We had a unit for full year, in that span public storage doubled our rent twice. The worst part was they are only open from 9-5 so it was difficult to access our stuff because we worked those hours. The parking is extremely small and if more than a single truck comes it makes impossible to access the doors.

Shay, property manger lied about fees and gave me the run around. When I realized she lied to me, I spoke up about it and asked to speak with a supervisor. She immediately hung up on me and then ignored my calls. I called corporate and they confirmed she lied to be about procedures and fees. Shay is out to make herself $$$ under the table. She should be fired immediately. I truly cannot believe what happened. Unprofessional , rude, lying, thieves trying to work over the system at the customers detriment. I Will not recommend this place to anyone! BEWARE!

Make sure that you can continuously pay the overpriced & inflated monthly rent dues for storage space. The minute that you can not pay, you will be met with sassy attitude from the young lady that answers the phone and calls all late paying customers. They will then lock you out of your unit, auction off all of your valuables, you will not get any personal effects returned and they will still expect you to pay the remaining balance after your stuff is auctioned. If you are having to store items due to eviction, job loss, homelessness or any other hardship circumstances, dont rent with this company. They have no hardship payment plans & zero compassion, care or concern for their customers. As long as you pay, they are fake nice. The minute you face hardship, they couldnt care less.

They allow trucks and people to block the entrance way from off the main road(I’ve attached pictures as proof). As you can see in the picture the truck is being offloaded in the entrance way of the complex from the main road and the other truck is just parked there, with no one in it. There is only one way into the property. The other exit is a one way street and has do not enter signs placed there. When I went to speak with them in the office they offered no assistance. I spoke with a lady named Keisha who said she was the property manager(after calling their national customer service line they indicated the property manager is not Keisha) she said she couldn’t ask them to move and that I should do it myself, because it’s the end of the month and people are moving out. I’ve been one of the first customers they had when the first opened and I pay to be able to have adequate parking and access my storage unit month end or not. When I called the customer service representative indicated that the property is built on a small lot, however they do not offer any sort of discount for the lot being small they expect full compensation so it is only fair for paying customers to expect to be provided with adequate access.
Starting April 1, 2023 you are unable to access your unit after 6 pm unlike every other storage unit that allows you access until 10pm.
The parking area and loading space is very small due to where the property is located. There is not adequate loading areas to bring your items into the property. The first time I went there I saw these issues and chose to ignore them but they got worse. The elevator keypad function is not user friendly, even though there are 3 elevators there is only one keypad so it takes a lot of time for an individual to key in the code, and go, there is usually a line backed up to be able to use the elevator. When I first moved in, the you could feel the temperature was very cool, as the day’s progressed they seemingly made it warmer, so if you are looking for something truly climate controlled this isn’t there. This public storage has got to be the one of the worst storage facilities ever.
The 5 star reviews you see are solicited when you have just rented the unit usually at that time they give you exceptional service until you actually start utilizing the facilities.

Yesterday I went to see the space I booked and informed the lady I would be moving tomorrow. We just arrived to move our stuff and nobody is here and everything is locked and nobody gave us any code to get in. On top of that nobody is answering the phone. DO NOT GO HERE

Very bad customer service by the manager Shay she’s always on her cell phone for long periods of time while customers wait no manager should ever do that customers come first and she has a very bad attitude problem always harasses customers asking do they rent there…she comes in late everyday the office should open at 9:30 am it doesn’t open until 10am very lazy employees and horrible customer service do not rent.

Definitely don’t recommend first off all staff practically make you give them 5 stars I think not one day me and my family had to move and had nowhere to put out items we went out a unit and were told it takes 2 months of non payment before they place a lock on your belongs and cut your original lock that is not the case at all your first non payment automatic cut off your lock and place a lock for your belongings without notice, you won’t even know till you put your password in and it say see manager than they’ll tell you. they don’t work with people especially during the Covid-19 time they didn’t work with me and to top it off they wouldn’t let me get important documents that were in storage before the auction and still till this day pretends they never seen any documents definitely don’t recommend extra storage is best my first experience with storage from them never again 0/0
