Just rented a space today, Lisa the property manager helped me and made the process easy she is professional and knows her stuff.
The staff has always been friendly and efficient, and I have had no issues with gate access, unlike other storage facilities I've used. I'm rating four stars instead of five only because the access within the facility is rather tight, even for a standard size pickup truck. I can't imagine maneuvering a box truck around. If the configuration works for you, the pricing seems to be pretty good for the area and the facility is clean and secure.

Spent many years at this location. But when public storage bought out the old place the rates went up.

Sold me a faulty lock and. Ould have cared less to replace it..took all my things out finally
Raise the rates every 4 months $50 the last increase was $75. You have homeless breaking in there consistently sleeping in the air conditioning section, rats infestation many people are moving out. But they are filled right back up again. I wouldn't go back there if the world came to an end

Customer service is flat out rude. Horrible!!! My moms ashes are in the unit and it’s going to flood due to the hurricane. Also there are multiple gaps to let in water in my freaking unit. Was told they would allow access to get my items, showed up and the gate was chained shut. I was stuck at work and called to make sure I still had time. I had a lady over the phone tell me she doesn’t care at all about my moms ashes and hung up on me. Another lady who said she wouldn’t transfer me because I wasn’t the account holder. Please run far from this place. If anything happens to my belongings I’ll be filing a lawsuit. You people make me sick!! No sympathy at all, also NO WARNING.

Public storage in Holiday, by far the best facility. Danielle and the folks there take such good care of our needs. I would recommend public storage to anyone in the area in need of storing their personal belongings anywhere from short to long term.
I had a problem I needed help with and Danielle fixed it immediately. She took the time to assist me, even though they were short staffed and she could have easily made me wait another few days. I was extremely pleased.

rat dropping and cocroachs in all of my belongings it was stored for 1 year also all of my linens were moldy smelling I had to wash every item lines and dishes in my unit so gross

Same size ridge road storage way less and dry as a bone each unit has a rat box and the have exterminator to keep insects at bay
