I chose this facility because of it's location. However, the hours of operation make it difficult to gain access. They don't open until 9:30 and close at 6:00 Monday through Friday. They close at 5:00 on Saturday and Sunday. If you work regular hours, you'll have a tough time getting there after work. The workers have been kind enough but it is a real inconvenience. The pricing could be lower. I have two units currently. Online pricing is better.
Immediately after voicing my concerns, I received a phone call from from Rachel. She was very professional and listened attentively as I explained my review. There are multiple Public Storage facilities in the area and I just happened to choose the one that did suit my schedule. She offered other options and I am pleased with the outcome. Thank you all for caring about my experience.

I love the proximity of this location too my home but random pricing is ridiculous. I still have have 2 units and the larger unit is increasing by $70. I understand supply and demand but this is not good.

I rented and paid for a unit at this location and was never even able to put anything and it due to the setup and the hours and the fact that they had no carts for me to move my heavy items. I have informed them several times that I do not need the unit but they keep calling me for more money and telling me they have to have a reason why I don't want the unit. I don't know what I have to do to make these people understand that I have no use for their services and to stop harassing me.
Edit shortly after posting this review I received yet ANOTHER phone call from a district manager at Public Storage telling me they wanted to "help" me settle this matter and remove my "balance" (on a unit I NEVER used and told them 2 weeks ago that I did not need. I informed this person that I'm autistic and I really needed them to just leave me alone and stop calling me. Several times I asked her to leave me alone. She could very clearly tell that I was becoming upset but proceeded to antagonize me into a meltdown and then inform me she "will not be removing the balance" that I don't even owe. This is very abusive behavior. Is this how you do business public storage?
It’s expensive but the guy working there, George, makes it worth. I got lost and was down bad a few times but homie helped me out with a positive attitude that changed the rest of my day. Appreciated 💯
So this is my second time trusting this location with me and my families personal belongings. I am very happy with the cleanliness of the facility. George is always a pleasure, very helpful, and informative. In this area this is the best climate controlled public storage! I do not even consider going to other locations.
