I rented a unit the day of my move in date to a new location; on the day I go to move in my belongings both elevators were out of service. I tried to reach out to both District managers and not a single response. I do not recommend renting a unit here unless you're are physically fit to lift your belongings flights of stairs.

I recently closed my unit and moved my belongings out due to a terrible experience with an employee named "Ju Ju". Although my case was escalated to the regional manager, it took several days to resolve. I recommend renting elsewhere if possible. The employee was very rude, and I hope she receives proper customer service training to improve her interactions with customers.

Dicen que tienen acceso de 6 a.m a 9 p.m y todos los días cierran temprano a una hora distinta
Mi experiencia fue muy mala,los 2 elevadores rotos,me dieron el tercer piso,tube que cargar las cajas por la escalera,la aplicación por Facebook un desastre,alquile uno de 5x5 y el primer mes 1 dolar y cuando fui al storage salio 5x5x5 ,no se podía quitar esa aplicación, resultado se cancelo esa y hice otra en el lugar con el resultado que era más cara,y no pasa nada,un día muy malo y el seguro te lo ponen obligado,después tengo que ir y quitarlo pero inicial obligado,un desastre total.

Dont u ever think renting here to place value items, the criminals are breaking the storage unit from cealing fense and they storage the stolen item inside the unit that they have rent. If you observe in the video you will see the tool that they use to cut the fense, and we notified management and they don’t even remove it and also people leave there. We move our items to another location due to we lose more than $30,000 dollars in items.
Don't even think about renting this place, they are stealing a lot, forcing people to enter and steal everything. Bad service in every way, customer service is terrible.
About 35 thousand dollars worth of expensive equipment was stolen from me.

Este lugar es pésimo, en 1 mes quizás 2 han ocurrido más de 70 robos en las unidades, a todas las personas q rentan allí, solo les dejo saber q se den su vuelta y chequeen sus cosas, porq están roban en las unidades t cortan el alambre y se meten a deleitarse con las cosas q uno allí guarda, llamas a la policía y no hacen nada solo un reporte y a esperar a q algo suceda. Hay personas viviendo dentro, rentan un storage y como la seguridad no es buena, allí se quedan, hasta se bañan en el, tambien eso se presta para muchas cosas mas. Las cámaras están por gusto porq no hay control del lugar. A pesar q t digan q solo la puede ver la policia, cuando t roban. Pero mientras el palo va y biene, pues ellos siguen gozando y acabando con todo el local. Espero q sigan atrapando a las personas q se están dedicando a robar y acabar con el lugar. También t dicen q t van a llamar para q alguien vaya arreglarte la unidad y si tu no arreglas, el hueco sigue por unos días y tus cosas en peligro d q lo sigan haciendo. No entiendo porq permiten q esto siga sucediendo, cuando debemos pagar por tener las cosas allí, q bien caro es. Espero q tengan un mejor control pronto del lugar.

INSEGURO!!! En este storage roban y destrullen tus pertenencias. La gerencia se hacen los ciegos, y no hacen reportes. La policía va hasta 3 - 4 veces por semanas por robos aquí cometidos… Haremos una demanda colectiva de seguro que siiii..
HORRIBLE! This Public Storage is absolutely awful. We had $30,000 worth of belongings stolen from this location. The manager, Eddie, allows people to squat there illegally and they break into storage units and move them to their storages and then sell the items. They also changed our locks so that when we arrived we couldn’t even access our own storage unit. We had to call a locksmith. Two of the squatters have been arrested and charged with burglary. We retrieved 3 of our motorcycles. They also stole our Mac Desktop, and priceless items like photo albums and paintings. This place is being used for organized robbery and MANAGEMENT is involved and ALLOWING it. Camera footage has been DELETED from this “24” hour surveillance company and reports about these robberies NEVER reached corporate. We are the 4th robbery to take place in the last month. The doors are supposed to stay closed with code access only and they have purposely been left open at night for these squatters to come and go as they please. PLEASE save yourself the travesty and DO NOT use this storage. Eddie told us multiple times that he “reported” these events to cooperate but NO ONE has done anything to remove these criminals.

They stole all my belongings. They left the storage empty. More than $30 thousand.. including motorcycles stored here... the police inform me that I'm not the first person what happens. this is an unsafe place..!!!

The service here is below minimum effort to accommodate the clients. There’s no one in the office to help with anything almost all the time. There’s no cart for moving things to/from units. No bathroom access. The manager plays his own music at high volume here at all hours of the day or night out of his own speakers not something of the facility. I went with my kids sleeping and they woke up due to his music blasting right by the door where you park to load/offload. I would not recommend this location.

Dirty horrible place
I got a great deal for a storage place here while I was moving. Carmen also helped me out a bunch when I was done closing my contract. Only drawback here is the carts are only available during business hours.

This place has two Managers, Octavio and Carmen, that are top of the line! They should manage a 5 star hotel and they will be very successful! Octavio was able to troubleshoot a computer glitch the was not recognizing my access code in a very smart, efficient way. Carmen is a wonderful gentle lady with a caring attitude. Her way to explain how to access the property for the first time was extremely easy and professional.
Bottom line, Carmen and Octavio are two rockstars for their place and organization. They really show a genuine, caring attitude like they "ow"n the place. This is striking on your first contact with them... They care! It was a great experience and you both should be really commended for it.
