I’ve been with this facility for about 3 almost 4 years . Troy has been a tremendous help and amazing customer service I’ve had no issues and he’s always worked with me to attend to my needs . One time I remember I forgot to put the lock on properly and it was unsecured and within the same day he called me to let me know . It’s a wonderful place and if I ever needed to use public storage again I would use this facility

Pésimo servicio de las 2 chicas que atienden en la oficina, mi novio y yo necesitábamos cancelar el espacio rentado y el servicio al cliente fue PÉSIMO! Por llamada nos dijeron que si regresas el candado antes de los primeros 30 días te regresan el dinero y esas 2 chicas nos dijeron que eso no era posible pero con una actitud malisima y prácticamente nos sacaron de la oficina porque no querían aceptar que nos debían regresar el dinero. Tuvimos que llamar desde afuera de las oficinas y a los 5 minutos regresaron con la misma pésima actitud a decir que si aceptarían el candado y si harían la devolución del dinero. Deben hacerle entender a sus empleados que están trabajando en servicio al cliente para que mejoren los tratos a los mismos.

Moving can be absolutely stressful, but God blessed me with an amazing soul like Troy to help ease my process. Troy was so informative and helpful. I came across a lot of airheads before crossing paths with Troy but from the minute I came into contact with him, he made sure to satisfy all my needs and follow through with EVERYTHING. I strongly believe that God places certain people are placed in specific places to execute His work, and Troy is a perfect example of that. I had issues with the process, and Troy stayed on the phone with me and attempted to help me figure it out. When that didn’t work, he readily made an appointment for me and made sure I got the unit I needed. HE EVEN CALLED A DAY AFTER FOR ANOTHER FOLLOW UP! I’m amazed about the immaculate service I received from Troy and this location. He deserves so much praise. I wanted to keep my stuff here but when pulling up I noticed three police cars around an abandoned vehicle on the property , possibly people living out of that vehicle?!?trash scattered around the premises, and not to mention homeless people sleeping on grass out front and behind the public storage sign itself!!!. I drove around the whole property and saw security cameras ripped off the building as well. I didn’t feel too comfortable storing my personal belongings here. It’s a shame because it’s a great location. I feel as if the property manager or owner wants to lure people in they should make it look appealing not like skid row. Just my opinion

My experience at the Storage unit was very well. Troy was very helpful, very nice and polite. He helped me learn how to use the key. he’s always welcoming and never made me feel uncomfortable. The Access to the storage unit was easy and simple. The unit did have a little bit of bugs inside which is to be expected. However the bugs never got into my stuff just on top.

Used the storage for about 2 months. Everything that wasn’t in a box had water damage and soot from the ceiling. Couches, mattresses, chairs, tables all ruined. Everything that was in boxes got completely infested with roaches. When I told the front desk about the damage he dismissed it and said “it’s just paper”. I’ve been fighting with the roach infestation and cleaning/repairing everything that was damaged for 2 weeks now since I took everything out of storage. Would never recommend. First and worst storage experience.
Troy was very helpful when me and my children needed a place to hold my vehicle that needs repair but was unable to get to it since travel back to the Virgin Islands in two days. He was very professional and knowledgeable to what I needed and stayed overtime to make everything comfortable . Will recommendTroy and your storage facility to family, friends as well as strangers. mr Troy was excellent. He assist with online over the phone. He was the best on how to open the gate close the gate he showed us the parking lot how to to park the truck I made a reservation previously it was a the information they took was wrong. he change the information he was excellent He went beyond and above of helping us thank you

I visited this location while providing a friend a ride there. I did not go inside the office or interact with any staff.
A code is required in order to drive into the property and to exit it. They appear to have mostly drive up non climate controlled units. My friends unit is a drive up 10 x something. The property was undergoing a paint job.
What I didn't like:
My friends unit is a 10 x something. The ceiling is very low - maybe 7 foot high.
I only saw one camera which was at the gate. I didn't see any others anywhere else on the property.

I've been a user of public storage for some time now, not only have ive been updated if something were to happen to my unit. I was helped by the most outstanding hardworking individual named Troy. Be wary. The property manager Troy is a vulture. Don't be fooled by his honey tongue and comforting tone. He's masterful at deception and an artist at putting up a front. He works within his limitations which keeps him safe but he will push it to the limits when he can. For example, if you didn't pay, he will be there first thing to evict your belongings. We know for a fact, we've caught him rummaging through our storage, his boot print in the picture. He's good at backing up what he says-- he always has an excuse, that keeps him covered well enough to evade ramifications. He's definitely good at what he does, but trust this guy's a snake, an expert con artist. A part of it is that he knows the system well, he knows how to maneuver without being caught. I've dealt with people like this before and it's only a matter of time before they slip up. You will slip up Troy and we will catch you, I promise you.
