At its best timing
I have had my storage unit at this location for a while no issues. Great location and prices. At the front desk Ashley is Awesome , always so helpful and polite.

It’s cooler outside than in the building, I pay $350 a month after they keep increasing the rent every month and just tried to come out some stuff in AND THERE ARE NO CARTS!!! It’s NOT air conditioned under 80 degrees because it’s cooler outside and there is no way to get your stuff to your unit FOR THREE HUNDRED AND FIFTY DOLLARS A MONTH!!!?????? This is unacceptable!!!
Update looks like someone donated a cart because it’s not the regular ones they have. I guess they’re sick of not having anything to move their stuff either. It’s WAY too much money to spend when it’s barely air conditioned and there are NEVER any carts. IDC if people steal them you have cameras get the license and take them to court I pay good money for storage and I expect basic upkeep.

Storage place without hand trucks, bring your own hand truck. every time I come here I have to carry everything individually because there's never a hand truck here.

My husband and I rented a unit online a couple days ago. Today we tried checking in. There wasn't anyone on site at 10am on a Wednesday during business hours! We were curious and went up to our unit to look at it, only to find a new lock and key just thrown inside on the floor of the storage unit. The unit had dirty dishes with red liquid in them and it was spilled all over the floor. To top it off, the door was completely broken and wouldn't function or be secure at all. We tried calling for over 45 minutes while sitting outside the empty office. When we got ahold of customer service, it was only a recording and we couldn't talk to a person and no personal on site ever showed up or called us back. We're taking our business elsewhere.

Haven’t had any big issues with this location. They try to force you to use the app, but honestly it’s slower then just typing the code. At first I noticed they were leaving the gate open all the time. When we first were moving in their was people sleeping in the parking lot, I get it life happens. They seem to be closing the gate more so I guess that’s helping. Rate seems pretty fair I’ll let you know if it goes up lol crazy. Based on other reviews it might, last public storage we had for 3 years and it stayed the same price the whole time. They go around putting stickers on the locks as checks , I’m not sure how often but the same two have been on it going on 3 months as I scratched them. At least someone is checking first time seen a location do that.

July 2023:
They have increased my rate twice this year so far. Up 50% in total. $306.72 in January, $386.60 in February, now $462.21 in August. Nightmare. Now have to move it as they are ruthlessly price gouging.
March 2023:
This Public Storage aggressively increases my monthly rent every 6 months. My first full rent rate was $150/month (first two introductory months were $75). In January, the rate was $306.72. Now it is $386.60/month. They have also declined my request to reduce the rate.
Avoid this location. Everyone I have met at this location complains about the aggressive rate increases.
It is a 10x15 unit on the second floor.
The lighting in the hallway where my unit is located has not worked properly in over 6 weeks. The property manager is doing what they can, but their corporate office has been unresponsive.
I called 4 weeks ago and left a voicemail for their CSM and have yet to receive a call.
Diana helped me to make the payment online for my son's storage. Great customer service.
I moved into this facility about two years ago (2021). Within the first four months, my bottom floor unit flooded from the building's air conditioner condensation leaking into the building. The water had been in the unit for some time and a number of my items had to be discarded.
I moved to the second floor and in Feb 2023, my unit and about twenty others were ransacked and several thousand dollars of items were stolen from me. I filed an insurance claim and three months later I'm still waiting for reimbursement. The perpetrator was caught and is being prosecuted.
I didn't receive any communication from Public Storage regarding either incident...
Except that in June, MY RENT IS INCREASING!
Shermetta was great! I had some difficulty paying on line so she said to come in and we would do it together. A big help. Thanks Shermetta! I also wanted to add that the rest of the staff there is incredible.
Sheremita and Jasmine were extremely helpful and pleasant. Facility was clean and even though there was an issue with the gate, they resolved it immediately.
I used this location twice. This last time I had the benefit of Jasmine. Her level of concern and genuine regard for my belongings relieved a lot of stress in moving.
Just straight horrible. Had my storage unit broken into and multiple items were stolen. Called the police and had a police report. Not just my unit but multiple units in this location were broken into and items were stole. In January 2023, after christmas time. A course there insurance you get for your unit is Orange Door insurance/ Sedgwick. Just like all other insurance companies. They won't pay for your items missing. Some of my items in the unit are a few years old. I don't have a receipt from 3 years ago. I do pay cash a bit. This is ridiculous.
The funny thing is just got a email saying, your payment is coming up soon for you unit. I know it's a computer generated email but WOW. If your storage unit was robbed during this time, and I know there are quite of bit of you out there. Please respond if your having the same problems I am having, and see how we can move forward with legal action.
