The manager on site is very helpful and she has good customer service but the place it's self need to be clean and the site needs a to take control of pest problem. When leaving your unit gotta clean roof ceiling stuff falling plus the mess rat made. I came in no food or anything they still ate some items. I don't understand how it's open for business taking people money. If you like dirty this is the place for you. I wish I could upload picture so my advice is look at the ceiling and the outside use to be clean now it's dirty as well.

BEWARE Highway robbers yes I have paid late several times but I pay I was renting for over a year and a half they went up on the price twice I wasn't even 2 whole months behind and they auction me and my kids things we are already homeless they wouldn't wait 3 extra days for me to pay cold hearted nasty people may God bless !

I was looking for a reasonable place to store some things for a couple of months and ended up at this location, upon arrival I was greeted by Dee whom was already dealing with another customer, as soon as she finished with the customer she was working with she politely asked me how she could help me, I explained my situation and concerns to her and she told me what they had available and explained to me the storage policies as well as other things that I needed to know upon moving my things in and I can really appreciate her honesty. Had a good deal, after 6 month they adjust the price! I tried to get them to honor the price from before, they absolutely don’t care! Beware! They will scam you! Will not recommend for long term storage! It’s frustrating to real with price increase!
Very disappointed! They give you a deal for the first 6 months and slam you with a brand new top rate! When I asked them what’s going on, there was no willing of negotiations. So in the end I’m leaving and also kindly I asked to be let 2 days into the next month, they are charging me full months rent! Wow!! Never storing anything here!! Horrible experience
