Wow! Wow! Wow! Mary Jo is an amazing person. She went above and beyond her duties to ensure that I was moved in a day early and all my move in needs were taken care of. The facility s very well maintained and the cleanest one I‘ve ever rented from. There are carts available for customers to transport their things to and from their storage unit. Mary Jo deserves high praises and a big raise for keeping this facility in meticulous condition.

Storage employee is extremely discriminatory and disrespectful. There is no law station t when I can and cannot access my unit. Employee made unnecessary claims and harassments. I want to speak to a manager.

The same 5x11 unit with a busted door is now $228 while their online prices show a 10x10 unit for $123.00 Its ridiculous. Im still avoiding the front desk lady.

The same storage unit I have been renting since 2020 is now $188 a month, with a banged up door since day 1, and nasty front desk lady whom I still avoid after the fiasco in 2020. Upon looking online for price comparison, I see that the same building has the same sized unit I am currently owning for $140 a month... So why am I paying $188 a month for the same unit? Who knows. Keep an eye on your monthly fees.
I want to thank Lana from online customer service chat for helping me with the issue at hand. Their online and phone customer service has always been great. I just wish the prices and in the building personnel reflected it.

Just received an email notifying me my rent would go up from $125 to $160 per month for a 5x11 unit. Last year I had a problem with them raising my rent price multiple times during the year before I gave up and had to complain to get anyone to actually treat me like a decent human being. I really hope this isn't the case again. I find myself avoiding the front desk lady as she always seems to be in a nasty mood.

We have had our belongings stored safely in this facility since moving to Florida. The lockers are spacious and the common spaces are kept immaculately clean. MJ has always been there to competently address any of our storage needs!

I had questions I have never dealt with someone so rude in my life ….I am 71 years old …a customer service manager. And if he worked for me ..he would be fired. I was flabbergasted. He told me to stop talking and let him finish! Do you know the customer is not always right but geez I’m gonna spend my money not here. I hope you don’t either. I’ll find another storage unit their loss my gain!!!

I feel like I hit the jackpot with finding the perfect storage unit to keep all of my stuff. I booked quickly online, and was greeted with the most hospitable and helpful employee. MJ (Mary Jo) was so sweet. The complex itself is clean, modern, safe, friendly, and high tech; everything is opened through the app. I also love that they have a covered loading area to the main building since it's Florida and it rains all the time. Highly recommend this place.

Mary Jo is the best! During the about 6 months that we've stored there she has helped us resolved a few issues. She is always joyful and very helpful. Huge plus is that she keeps the place, including the bathrooms, very clean! We also like the security at the place and that they have a huge overhang that you can pull under to load or unload your stuff.

Super clean facilities, everything is climate controlled, dollies are in great shape. No trace of vermin in my unit. The move in process was quick and easy. The only thing I didn't know is that insurance is mandatory, but they have their own program free for the first 30 days and then you can change it to your own home or rental policy if you want.
Love how clean this storage unit is to keep my belongings. On top of how clean it is, I had such a great experience with Mary Jo. Mary Jo was so helpful with everything and so pleasant to talk to. She answered all my questions and showed me how to access my unit by using the app on my phone! I can’t thank her enough for her wonderful service and knowledge.

What a suprisingly clean and wonderful place! Like an air conditioned hotel for your stuff! Mary Jo is on top of everything and actually checks each storage unit's doors to make sure no one forgot to lock the door which happens quite often according to her. Mary Jo was excellent - she knows the products, she was efficient, she was courtesy, and she was patient! I highly recommend this location.
My first visit to Public Storage left a very favorable impression due to the employee that greeted me. Mary Jo is very knowledgeable about the options and overall details of this business. She took time to show me three different storage options, she explained clearly the costs of each, and even took the time to help another renter get in the door with his belongings. I left the business feeling good about my overall situation. Employees like Mary Jo are worth their weight in gold and I trust Public Storage will continue to employee persons of her caliber. When I went in to rent a unit, I was greeted by Mary Jo who I thought was the owner of the facility because of her knowledge, professionalism and enthusiasm to help me find the best unit for my needs and to become a customer. She certainly didn't treat me or act like someone who hated her job, in fact, just the opposite. Never mind that the facility is conveniently located in a safe neighborhood, the facility is spotless and perfectly run by this lady who again surprised me when she said she's just the manager. I run my own company and know how difficult it is to find good help but Mary Jo is "Fantastic" help! She made all the difference giving me a great deal and great sense of security. Great storage facility and great experience all around, I couldn't be happier.

My husband and I just left Public Storage and have to say that we are thrilled to have our warehouse bay at this location! Mary Jo is a total rockstar - she hooked us up with the best unit for our needs and made the process not only pain free but a complete joy. She was very kind, courteous and most importantly, efficient. She took care of business in the most pleasant manner and even took the time to ensure that we were able to successfully use the auto open function using the Public Storage app, so our entries would be fast and easy. What a great employee! And as for the space we rented, it is super clean and meticulously maintained. The temperature inside the building is extremely comfortable, the elevators worked great and there were plenty of carts available to help bring things in and out. We have rented here before and it is a smooth operating ship. Highly recommend!
