Deserves ZERO stars. ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS. Elevators STOPPED working for a whole weekend, when I was moving out (and I assume many others were too). Had carry boxes up & down the flights of stairs sooooo many times. Customer Service was UNRESPONSIVE. Management DID NOT rush technical support to get the elevators fixed. Literally had ZERO help. How am I supposed to vacate a unit full of stuff using the stairs? HORRIBLE. HORRIBLE. HORRIBLE. There is ZERO security. You don’t know who can get in and who can get out. Saw a BLEEDING man trying to get into the building at night, the POLICE was called. Then, after complaining about it, WAS BLAMED and QUESTIONED for COMPLAINING. The person I am referring to knows that they spoke disrespectfully to me, and while I will not mention their name, I am COMPLETELY disappointed in their attitude. Afterwards, reached out SEVERAL times to SUPPOSED district manager Katie Jacobs - NOTHING. CUSTOMER SERVICE WHO? IT DOES NOT EXIST!!! Didn’t get an APOLOGY, didn’t get a REFUND, felt BLAMED. I absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. Give your $ to someplace that DESERVES IT!!!!!!!

RIPPED-OFF! I trusted this company with my belongings, but less than 6 months into my rental agreement, they raised my rent from $192.61/month to $265.74/month, a whipping 72% increase on rent with zero recourse on my end. If this type of increase happened on any other industry, it would be investigated and regarded as price gauging ahead of the hurricane season. Needless to say, I'm taking my belongings out of there and will never trust Public Storagr again... To him who has an ear, let him hear.

I’m surprised at the positive reviews, this place has really gone downhill. They used to have numerous long orange dolly’s for customers to use. Now they have broken and dirty ones that are half the size that you need to sign out. Many don’t even work properly. With all the money they are making off customers who rent there, they should be able to afford some properly working dolly’s, There are random items left sitting out in the aisles, it was never like that before. The elevator is dirty and rickety and has broken down; I don’t even feel comfortable using it. Even more importantly,, they had a rash of break-ins there last year. And management didn’t even alert customers. Often people don’t go there daily, sometimes just a few times a year, so some may not even know that their units got broken into yet. It looks like there was a more recent attempt to break in near the front door too. They keep raising the rent while the quality and safety is going down.

I needed to rent a second storage unit and I went in to talk with Diana at the front desk and she was so kind and professional … she looked up my current storage unit which I had since 2021 and told me that if I upgraded to a bigger size and had one unit I would save almost $400 a month … so without hesitation I said YES! It was so great get such great customer service and to finally meet someone who is always looking out for the customer best interest… if you are considering a storage unit I recommend asking for Diana because you will get the best customer service! Take my word -/avoid even thinking about Life-storage or CubeSmart or Extra Space; shady business practices and unreliable management and corporate administrators. These storage business will not give you what you need but Diana and her staff will. Here I speak from experience. Diana keeps her store immaculate and follows clearly, outline procedures, and protocols; this makes it easy for one to do business with this storage facility, again, this is not the type of service that you can find From my experience at other storage locations in the area. Diane and her staff go out of their way to make sure you feel safe and to let you know that you can rely on them and their services. The facility has state of the art access, allowing patrons to enter the building from the cell phone, making the burden of remembering passcodes, irrelevant , unlike Extra Space, CubeSmart, and Lifestirage, you’ll find security cameras on all floors —WORKING I MIGHT ADD— and positioned to maximize security. Trust you want this. Be sure to ask subpar storage providers like Lifestirage, Extra Space and CubeSmart questions regarding functioning and positioning of security devices. It is telling that CubeSmart was close to being merged with life storage but instead the merger took place with just Extra Space and Life Storage. How appropriate these subpar business are aligned. I rented two units from this location for three months and from day one was very impressed with the staff. The Manager Diana and her team were always attentive to my needs. They made feels as though they were personally invested in helping me deal with even the small issues. I highly recommend this Public Storage location.

This place is a scam on the Internet It was advertised that my storage unit would be $31 for one of the small boxes When I arrived to the facility they charged me 89 then I lost the key to my storage and the lady at the front desk told me the locksmith that they use would be able to come in 15 mins to break the lock But failed to disclose to me that there was a $150 charge he looked at me like I was crazy and now I’m out of $150 that I did not have to spend not only he took 30 mins to come NEVER WILL I CHOOSE THIS PLACE AGAIN

My storage unit was broken into!!! Along with other units on my floor. Staff was extremely unhelpful and deliberately withheld information about neighboring units being robbed at the same time. I personally witnessed someone sleeping in his unit a couple of months ago. Absolutely shocking!!!! This location IS NOT SAFE! Do not store your stuff here.

I'd give negative starts if I could. My unit was robbed, along with multiple other lockers on my floor. They destroyed everything in my locker, dumped some chemical over everything. Then I find out the guy who stole everything was caught in August. No one ever contacted me, they just kept charging me from August to December when I found out, when I was going to get my Christmas decorations. Reached out to the district manager a dozen times, no call back. Now they want to charge me money for next months rent and back charges, since I called Amex and reversed all their bogus charges. There is also homeless people that sleep in the hallways of the storage unit, they were there every time I went. Not a safe location and the managers here could care less. I would not use this services for anything!

My monthly rent just went up nearly 40%. However, I received a call from the Dist. Mgr. and, not only was my rent reduced to the previous rate, I received credit for the 3 months I paid the higher rent. That’s what I call excellent service. Thank you Kirk.

Terrible experience here. I've had a unit for 4 years and it has almost doubled in price since when I started. To make matters worse, I just returned to find someone got inside and stole almost everything... The tops are just secured with chicken wire and zip ties. Do not trust this place

We have been using this storage unit for a few years now. Every time we would go we would find people that seemed to be living there and it was rather uncomfortable. However all out stuff was there so we endured. We warned the front desk about it and that we were worried about our stuff however nothing was done. We went back to get some stuff and our unit and sever others had been ransacked. They came from the roof and pulled the top off and stole everything. Our snowboards, our luggage, childhood memories, jackets, artwork etc… the storage company did nothing about our warnings and will do nothing now that all of our things have been stolen. They took well over $8,000 of stuff - terrible security and service. They have not even moved our stuff to another unit - just left the few remaining items in the open unit… go elsewhere or you may end up the victim of theft here.

I am ashamed to say I have more storage units than any human ought to have. This is literally the only storage unit on the planet that isn’t completely miserable. In fact, it’s amazing! Gina is the nicest and happiest person ever and goes above and beyond to make sure I have what I need. Far and away the best customer service on the planet.
