In 6 months, they raised the insurance from $12 to $19 and raised the rent. I went from paying $165 to $215 for what reason?

Move in went great. Had code for gates and doors a day prior so no need for added time setting up information. Hallways and elevators allow plenty of space for bigger items.

Last week life circumstances took a turn for me. Bernard was more than helpful. He was very kind and knowledgeable as well as extremely . I'm not sure I've ever received such great service from a past Storage unit places. I would Highly recommend this place for storage. Make sure to go when Bernard is working. He is very professional and a hard worker. When moving my stuff in the tires needed air in them for the dollies Bernard was right on it to get the problem fixed. A huge blessing.

Update So Ryan got back to me with in 48 hrs and fixed my problem! He also was able to lower my monthly payment! His customer service is top notch! I'm giving him 5 stars!
If I could give there app and website less stars I would. For 5 months I tried paying online and through the app. It never WORKS!!! SO 4 out of those 5 months I got late fees. I told them it doesn't work every time. Sorry but at 20$ a pop and them not doing a damn thing to remedy it, I will be removing my things the first chance I get. And I will never do business with this company again! Trash!

Amazing service!! The company has recently changed to a different one. Front office staff is eager to help and make sure you have all you need. The only thing I miss is there is no music playing anymore. It was nice having it on!
