This Public Storage location has great customer service. I was greeted with professionalism and kindness. A Customer Service Rep named Natasha helped me understand the contract; patiently answered all my questions and did not make me feel rushed although other customers were coming in the door. She acknowledged their presence but made sure I completely understood and was satisfied with all things Public Storage. I recommend this location if you need storage in this area.

I was so happy with this place. When I signed up, they helped me and were so kind. They even told me that rate increases would occur every few months of $5 or so. I loved the heads up. But today I just got an email stating a $40/month increase and I don't know what to do! Now I have to find a new place and no one is willing to help me. This is amazing that they do such large increases. Be careful!

Terrible customer service wanted to change units because the inside unit was to small an in a tight hallway and I wanted to go outside and the units are supposed to be cheaper outside but they would not honor their online price or change my unit over without trying to charge me full price. Plus they were rude and called customer service and they did nothing.
They don't have enough carts for customers to move their belongings in or out. I've rented units in the past at other locations and this wasn't a problem. Only 2 carts for the entire facility, that's ridiculous!

Started renting a 8x10 outside unit (not climate controlled) for 56/mo 2 years ago....just moved my things out because the rate kept increasing and is ridiculous!!!!! Moved to a climate controlled unit this past month for 89/mo guarantee cost for a year...
On top of it their autopsy system doesn't always work so you end up with late fees and suddenly a notification that your things are going to be auctioned (even happens to their employees)

Larry helped us, worked with our local helper, and closed out the account for us. What a lifesaver, he goes above and beyond and we really appreciate it! We rented this storage unit during the pandemic and had it for a few years, no problems at all, very clean and very nice folks! Thanks again PS and thanks a million, Larry!

If your in need of a storage facility, Public Storage on SW 10th St in Deerfield Beach is your place. I’ve had a great experience, staff is friendly especially Deora who has gone above and beyond to help me out regarding my unit, it’s clean and the app is easy to use.
This company is a complete scam from the day that you use them. Aside from the fact that they will increase their price in the first year around 30%, the biggest issue is for them to reimburse you.
Initially I was instructed that I was going to be reimbursed in one month but after 2 months, when I call them, they are mentioning that they will be taking over 10 weeks to reimburse since they approve it, they can take as long as they want. All the customer service can do is to send a message to the reimburse department and then nothing, they do not contact you and they do not send the check. A complete scam.
For information, I have been a customer for over 5 years, their facilities are great and the staff at the facility are also great but the remote customer service and customer requests are really bad.

Everything about this place is so convenient and professional. First time coming Deora took care of all my needs without me having to say one word. Then crashing my car key is stuck in the inpound trying to remove the lock Dan walks up with his cape and tools and super saved us within seconds. And made sure our belongings were kept safe.. it's a freaking storage place providing this immaculate service one million percent recommend.. only in Deerfield

I had my things in storage and had no problems.
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Our unit and building has rats. I am 9 months pregnant and was storing lots of stuff in there for my newborn while we work on our home. Now im stuck going thru all my boxes alone with zero help from them and moving my stuff alone (and having to rent a truck to load to do so). When we called they acknowledged the rat problem and did nothing but say "you can move your stuff to another unit". Absolutely horrible, they should be ashmed.
