Horrible experience, the fact that it's been a week and we can't access our storage because they have not fixed the door is ridiculous. We are a business and are paying for something we can't access ,it shouldn't take this long to get fixed and the excuse that the man doesn't show up they need to find another company or maintenance man who ever fixes it to get this resolve

Worst experience ever in this location and in this state. We ended up paying about $90 for a locker of size 5x5 after only 4 months of using it because our rate was increased by 50%. Moreover, we were pushed to pay $15 per month for insurance. Don't be fooled by their promotions or sales. You will pay for this.
I used this public storage for just a few months. The customer service has been excellent. Crystal is always prompt, knowledgable, sweet, and overall great to work with. Will use again! I was worried I didn't pick a small enough company, and no worries, this place exceeded my expectations. Crystal is extremely knowledgeable and so kind when you see her. The property is kept very clean and tidy inside and out. Everything is well lit and if there are any concerns they are handled immediately.
When going after office hours everything still feel safe and protected. If you need storage space look no further, this is the place you should find it.

It seems like nobody works at this location.... no answer on the phone, and nobody in the office. This is the 3rd time during business hours on a day that it shows to be open. The office closes in 45 mins and I've been standing outside for 15 mins. There's no CLOSED sign or "be back in 1 hour" sign. Not great customer service for a paying patron.
I would highly recommend the storage place, the owner was very helpful and nice.

Why is there no access on Christmas day or New Year’s Day. The reason I ask is because normally there is no one working the desk during the week maybe 2 to 3 days there’s a customer service station at the desk. This creates an issue for some of your customers to have access on the holidays. And also are you including a discount for the two days of the month that there is no access thank you JoAnn Mayo

The Worst Business in the area . Had my reservation, came with the fully Loaded 26 Ft(Paid) truck at the business hours , and place just closed . Extended U-Haul truck for extra day , came at the opening time , 30 minutes later no one here to open the office. I’ll take my business elsewhere.
Came into the office to figure out a unit transfer, and Larry figured me out ultra quick. He was extremely friendly, made jokes and made the experience easy as could be!

Larry is very rude and unprofessional. My son and I were trying to hurry up and unpack our uhaul while it was raining on the SAME day we got the storage unit, like literally 2 hours after we got the storage, left me an unprofessional voicemail stating that he’s spoken to me before about leaving the storage after 9 when we NEVER spoke before, NEVER met before. My son were unaware that you couldn’t leave after 9 and after I explained to him that noone ever said the gate would not open when leaving after 9, he yelled at me like he was some tough guy and stated that he would cancel my lease the after I got the storage . Very unprofessional and does not need to be representing Public Storage. He is a bad look for the company.

My family and I were welcomed by Larry and he did an exceptional job explaining the different sizes and helping us get the unit that's best for our needs. He walked us through all the steps; from simply how to lock the unit, to using a phone to open the gate. I was even more impressed that he remembers us by our names on future visits! Still renting here, but immediately saw a huge live cockroach the first time i opened my unit (then it crawled into the unit next to mine…).
Also attached is the current elevator inspection paper as of my last visit in April 2023- the inspection expiration was Four (4) years ago, never mind the typo for the last inspection date (2201??). Anyway the elevator is super dubious and kinda scary to ride, but when I asked where the stairs were, I was told they “didnt want people using them”.

Other than the fact that they're automated gate entry doesn't work very well it's a little app that they give you the Staffing there are excellent very friendly very cordial and the unit that I'm renting is Affordable for an outside unit I wish we had longer accessibility to our storage units in the evening hours especially sometimes I get caught short and have to store my tools in my car and that's one of the reasons the most significant reason that I've decided to get a storage Bay it's not comfortable for me at night to know that anyone can break into my car and steal my tools guys give us at least until 12:00 midnight to access our units not everyone works on banking hours construction workers sometimes have to stay on job sites well past the 9:00 curfew.

I can't say enough great things about the manager of this facility. She went over and above the call of duty in renting me a unit. Hazra worked her magic and got me a larger unit at the same price. She in my humble opinion is a consumate professional and has incredible customer service skills. But don't take my word for rent a unit here and find out for yourself. You'll be glad you did!

Hazra the property manager is awesome! She is very courteous as well. This was the first time I was renting at public storage and she made it easy! I never had one issue while renting from there.

Hazra, who works in the office here, helped me rent a storage unit. I rented an outside unit for a few months, and later transitioned to an inside unit. Hazra helped me with both units. She has great customer service skills, both in person and on the phone. She's kind, personable, and welcoming. She always has a smile, happy to help.
