Good people but they are slightly understaffed

Can never get through on the phone to anybody! You call the 800 number and they transfer you to the direct property and once again no answer. I can’t even access my unit because of the hurricane which I believe flooded our unit and I can’t even call to see if it did. If I knew all of this I would have gone to a completely different company.

. I rented a storge didn't know that they take your storge from you if you take your lock off and take your stuff out.. i would think they ask you if you moved out. I also was stuck in there restroom ,I had no way out. . They could of called me before doing that to me . The Property manger could of let me have my storge back but they don't care about the customer.

Josie and Kayla were very awsome, they have excellent customer service and really helped us all the way around.

This place is gross. Full of rats and garbage. The workers always have attitudes. Location is sketchy. You have to get out of your car to open the gate because just like most things with this company the parking lot was an afterthought.

Easy to rent a storage space quickly. Was able to move in the same day. Love the mobile app and the email communications. There was never any wondering about what I would be charged or when.

I called to inquire about a unit for my grandfather. Racheal answered and was very upbeat and pleasant! She answered my questions and was very helpful! I’ll be going in to look at the unit myself soon!

Don’t normally do reviews but had to say thank you to Rachael. The minute I walked in she was right there with a pleasant smile to explain how everything worked and walked me through the process. I was very impressed with how professional she was.

I normally do not like leaving a review however when we got to the storage getting in was real easy that portion deserve a 5 star there really should be a acategory of different ratings. Well we got to the storage unit to put stuff in the size of the unit would be a five star it is awesome how ever the cleanliness not so much there were items left behind from the other renters nasty looking sock and tee shirt jammed in the floor board of the unit. I had to clean the unit a bit there was looks to be rat poo all over the floor I had to sweep that up then there is the wall it looks to be put together like Frankenstein’s face there are or looks too be patched to gather with broken pieces of the drywall left over then the holes on top near roof looks like rats chewed there way in near the bottom where the floor board is at I really hope no rats will ruin our stuff that is a deserving of a -5 star. I had too sweep the unit out. The unit should have been cleaned there are still rat poop and dust that I can not get too with a broom it needs to really be vacuumed out really good. Oh yeah I tried the light switch the lights will not work. That is just about everything is it there policy for the tenants too clean the unit or does it fall on the landlord to clean the unit before renting. It out? I paid like 284.24 to rent the unit. I believe with the taxes and renters insurance it came to 299.00.

The staff was very nice and helping! Unit on the other hand..... I bought a unit at auction. And the unit was absolutely disgusting!! Roaches everywhere and rat pee and feces on everything and even found a rat skeleton. Never have I ever seen so many roaches in my life!!!. I know it was a chance that I took, but I really feel bad for neighboring units.

Employee(s) rarely in office. Had to call 800 number to have HQ find them. Rodent infestation-lost nearly $2,000 in belongings; lighting inside building EXTREMELY poor if working at all; little to no trash dumpsters on site for as many units as they have. Would NEVER recommend this facility!

My move in was nice and easy. The Staff is very friendly and makes you feel welcome. Great job to Ms. Liz at the front counter and Mr. Jason the D.M you guys rock. If you need a place to store your things please go and check them out. You can even do it on line. Keep up the Great work

My stuff was destroyed by rats a while ago.. a 3000$ bed and TV and I had insurance.. I was offered 250$ WITH PROOF of paying for it and had video of the rats.. when I came back I was offered the same exact room my stuff was destroyed last time.. 🤦🏼‍♀️ I see the traps and the effort that was made to change it and the new lady was super nice.. but I just don't trust the situation.

The front doors are broken and they don’t allow access to the carts. I’m pregnant and I asked the attendant for access to a cart which is a courtesy I feel should be extended considering the doors are broken. She told me I can get my own cart.

Rachel the Public storage manager is always helpful and friendly. She is always professional with a high work ethic! Very supportive! I appreciate the excellent customer service she provides.

Nightmare !!!! Rats infestation all units, talked to many other people too you see bait stations. They will not refund you back furniture and clothing that are damaged, with buying there insurance all they give you is, $200 ! Horrible customer service! Drive there you see bait stations everywhere. This is wrong, they should pay for the damages.
