Loved the units was very clean, only problem was when I moved out my stuff I found alot or mice droppings. None of my stuff was really damaged so I let it go.

This facility is clean and has friendly staff, but their corporate offices increased my monthly rent from $38 to $100 without any forewarning or communication. Typical corporate greed. There are other storage facilities on S Ferdon Blvd that are equally as clean and secure with cheaper monthly rental prices.
I am incredibly frustrated and disappointed that Public Storage doesn’t offer 24/7 access, especially given the extensive security measures in place, including the app and gate codes. Customers are paying a significant amount to store their belongings, yet the gate access is cut off at 9 PM. This evening, after spending most of the day downsizing and loading up, I arrived at the facility at 9:30 PM, only to find out that the gate was already closed. The intercom simply directed me to “see manager,” and the website states the gate closes at 9 PM. This lack of flexibility is a huge inconvenience, and now I have to find another storage solution because of it. It’s frustrating that a service we pay for doesn’t provide the access we need when we need it most.

Do not rent from this place half the time they’re never open if you end up losing your key or forgot your key they will hold your unit for ransom. If you no longer want it they make you pay for month if you need your luck cut off are used to live in Crestview. I moved out of state 1400 miles, I forgot my key I ask for them to cut off my lock. They told me 72 hours. I’ve been waiting to get my cut off. I told him that I’m leaving the unit. They said they’re not gonna get the cut off unless I paid for another month. Run from this place run away as far as you can

What a great experience! We rented a unit that ended up being too small (once we opened and looked at it). The manager was super helpful. He showed us other units until we found one that worked for our needs then converted us over in their system. He even made sure everything was working in my mobile app. The storage facility is very clean and secure. Take it from someone that was formerly using a different business in town - this is the place to use!!
Absolutely insane how hard it is to get in contact with anyone with issues. Was given storage unit with a lock on it and other people stuff inside and couldn’t get in contact with anyone to resolve issue.

Newer storage facility. I rent a unit in their climate controlled bldg in Crestview and have no issues concerns or problems other than my own memory issues cause. The manager Kellie is professional, knowledgeable, personally helpful, resourceful and extremely kind and cares about the tenants. Highly recommend this facility behind AutoZone.
