Do not rent from this place half the time they’re never open if you end up losing your key or forgot your key they will hold your unit for ransom. If you no longer want it they make you pay for month if you need your luck cut off are used to live in Crestview. I moved out of state 1400 miles, I forgot my key I ask for them to cut off my lock. They told me 72 hours. I’ve been waiting to get my cut off. I told him that I’m leaving the unit. They said they’re not gonna get the cut off unless I paid for another month. Run from this place run away as far as you can

What a great experience! We rented a unit that ended up being too small (once we opened and looked at it). The manager was super helpful. He showed us other units until we found one that worked for our needs then converted us over in their system. He even made sure everything was working in my mobile app. The storage facility is very clean and secure. Take it from someone that was formerly using a different business in town - this is the place to use!!
Absolutely insane how hard it is to get in contact with anyone with issues. Was given storage unit with a lock on it and other people stuff inside and couldn’t get in contact with anyone to resolve issue.

Newer storage facility. I rent a unit in their climate controlled bldg in Crestview and have no issues concerns or problems other than my own memory issues cause. The manager Kellie is professional, knowledgeable, personally helpful, resourceful and extremely kind and cares about the tenants. Highly recommend this facility behind AutoZone.
