The rep at this location was very nice she gives very good costumer service.she is very pleasant and cheerful.
I had questions initially. 2 days for anybody to call me back. Net with no one. I know it's a storage place but there's no one on site . And just when I had decided I wasn't going to give a review like this I go to my third day of loading stuff from my apartment which I might add I have not added any kitchen items, to find ants crawling all over my stuff already. So I guess my next trip I'll bring back the ant bait and also the roach traps because I don't trust it. Public storage the economic storage unit, the I'm in a bind and can't get into a storage unit quick enough storage unit. I'm only going to keep my stuff there for a couple of months and then fumigate because all my stuff is probably nasty by now storage unit. I thought cubesmart was bad. This place is just a disappointment and unorganized. Public storage on sample in Coral Springs.

I came into the public storage on Saturday to get a unit because we are moving on the end of the month and Shon was very helpful and he walked me through what I need and reassured me on storage size for my things. The grounds are well kept and your bathroom is very cleaned which I was very shocked being it’s a storage place but clean to the point I was very comfortable. I got the size I need for the end of the month and this young man knows what he is doing and was so professional and I truly thank him for helping me being a elderly old lady with what I needed for these movers . Keep up the great work young man.

Came in to take a look at a 5x10 for something i wanted to move out of my garage next month and the service i got here i didn't expect . Tria/ Shon were very helpful and showing my multiple units helping me with size and Customer Service and skills they had i had to write about. I will give them zero stars if there was an option. I started with $249 rent and they increased to $500 in 12 month. They increased rent 2 times. The first increase was around $175 a month within 3 months of renting. When I called the customer service they said they increased it because they can. Contract says it.

As a repeat customer, I have had many positive experiences with Public Storage. However the mgmt at this location routinely makes errors. One cannot trust their availability nor expect follow through on promises. I am unsure where the problem lies but it is systemic.

Very expensive, keeps raising the rental every few months👎 a pile of garbage in the isle were I am renting is still there since 2 months, zero service. I do not recommend until management will seriously “MANAGE” this place

We lived here in Coral Springs 10 years never experienced this kind of behavior. Unacceptable, unprofessional poor customer service!! Never again at this location.
Person at the front desk was rude twice. First time she was too busy on her phone to answer questions with out an attitude. The second time she got upset cause I could not find my spot. Attitude all day. I went up to the coconut creek one and the lady there was nice and helped me out. I don’t recommend this location unless you want attitudes.

Sadly the company policy has changed, and they charge you for a full month even if you’ve moved out of the unit using your code to get in and out…. They protect themselves by apparently putting it in the lease agreement. I rented with the company for over 10+ years in the past just haven’t needed storage lately, needed it for a month, and this is their position. the schemes these companies are coming up with to take money from people is pathetic. lose a loyal customer to make $100 on an empty unit…
Try the mom and pops right behind or storage a block west, great customer service, won’t try and rip you off with gimmicks…

I have just arrived to this Public Storage place with my father and older-brother on a very tight deadline of moving day (as stated by our landlord, we have to move by "sunday the latest", so you can already imagine) and you'd be surprised on how much of a BLESSING it is to be welcomed by one of their in-person representatives at the time, Tria, is! A very down-to-earth soul who carefully advised us throughout the storage process with such patience, as well as going out of her way to reassure our nerves despite the on-going tension my family and I have! Now, I can go on a whole tangent about how well MY service has been, but to cut this short: I HIGHLY reccomend for you- along with your family- to see it for yourselves.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I usually only like to give positive feedback, so this complaint is very rare for me! I have a unit inside on the 3rd floor. Almost every time I show up after loading my car with stuff… there is no cart. Apparently now you have to sign it out at the office. Which means…. Park at office, walk across the property with the cart, and all the way to get your car, and the same when you leave. Not only that, but 9 out of 10 times I’ve come, the elevator is broken. Again… I’m in the 3rd floor! You are NEVER able to speak with anyone, and no one is ever in the office. I will be removing my stuff and finding another storage place ASAP! Also… I’ve called them about this, just to be completely ignored. Of course I had to leave a message, because no one will ever actually answer the phone. I am so upset that I had to move all my stuff in and now out again… that is IF I can even get to my stuff!

The area is super dirty also needs renovations dents all over place they have humidity also the car for you to be able to move things are not available without giving your driver license so if you come like at 630 you cannot use the car because is no one is in the office why is this place rate so high ?
