I've been with public storage off Wiles road for about 10 years now.. It is a very clean and safe environment. The managers are always helpful it's been a pleasure working with Donna the manager at the store. Any questions that we have she's always been there to assist .We really appreciate that and stressful times of moving we highly recommend .

They’ll call you when it’s time to pay but will never answer the phone when you need help. Called 6 times over the span of 4 weeks, drove to the unit and the office was constantly empty and no response.
1 month prior to calling and needing a response Public Storage threatened me for trespassing when I got locked in the elevator while moving my furniture after work. I was unloading a truck that I had to re load and also leave my valuables in the lobby because the doors locked me out. After explaining this and being called multiple times they threatened criminal actions for using my storage unit “after hours” .

5 Stars for Janel at the front desk with her amazing customer service, 3 stars for Public Storage. Gets the job done but when you sign up, they state, “there may be a possibility of the monthly payment to increase.” Me not being naive and understanding it is a business, knew the outcome. I started by paying 80$ the first month, with an increase to 150$… I was a member for only 6months. Expect to pay more as the months go on.

I just rented a unit for the first time at this location everything is kept nice and clean but I couldn’t have done it without the help from Donna . She was very nice very welcoming, I love that type of energy from people that are very friendly and supportive. Definitely would recommend this place if you need a unit and ask for Donna and she will help you with anything you need.

Been a customer for 5 months. Great service when we rented. Just received notice that our rent, which is already high (we got no break at all), is going up 25%. I know prices are increasing but my pay isn't. We are simply not going to be able to afford to keep the unit and have to find another location.

I went to public storage today after receiving a call from property manager Donna in regards to my unlocked unit. Upon arrival she greeted me with a smile and asked how can she help. I explained to her who I was and she assisted me with the purchase of the lock. I also addressed the increased in my unit and right away she was willing to go on the computer to see what can be done. She was able to get my unit price decreased which I was very grateful oh did I mention this was 15 mins before closing and she still was very courteous and did everything with a smile. Donna sure did make my evening and put a smile on my face,so I recommend this location for all your storage needs.
