From the second I walked in, Danielle made me feel welcome & went above and beyond to help me figure out the best option! She was so helpful & made what was already a stressful process much easier. Hit with a 25% price increase after being a continuous customer for 7 years - An increase of $110 per month and $269 over the price currently advertised on line for the same space. Poor communication from location manager - required multiple phone calls to get my call returned.

This is a bait and switch facility. I've been with this storage facility over a year now and just moved out because of the way they treated me as a good customer. They raised my rent twice since then and last time a month ago for a hundred dollars. This would put my rent at 300 dollars for a 10 by 10 which is ridiculous. I found and reserved another unit in same facility for 150 dollars less and reserved it only to find out on my moving day that they gave it away.Manager at facility told me that i didnt have to pay to hold it and just come in on my moving day to complete registration. So there you have it .Classic bait and switch operation.I would stay far away from any Public storage facility for this very reason.ive heard stories from other renters similar to mine .If I
could give no star for this facility would be even better for the way they treat me and other customers twice
I left the below review 2 years ago and boy have things changed since then. There are never any dollies available each time I come.
When I started renting here two years ago there were four. Then I noticed there were only 2. Now 99% of the time there are zero. It is extremely frustrating. My rent has gone up twice and yet the service that I expect has gone down. I would not rent here as a new customer knowing this is a problem unless they address it and provide the facility with more dollies.

I had an unbelievably great experience when I arrived at the storage facility to inquire about a unit. Patrice is so helpful and kind and made knowledgeable suggestions for my storage needs based on what I told her I needed it for. She is a great listener and I couldn’t be happier with my unit. It is well lit, clean and well air conditioned. Everything that I am looking for. Patrice was the reason for me deciding on this facility versus others in the area. She is great.
Property is convenient
Patrice is still a rockstar, but unfortunately, I have to change my review from 5 stars to 3 stars, because for 2 weeks the security system has been "beeping" loudly and the screen shows an error (not very comforting). Also, although there are 2 elevators, one of them has been broken and out of service for 2 weeks.Finally, there are only 3 moving carts available for use, and the wait for a cart can be lengthy...
Property Manager is excellent I always get what I need assistance with. I recommend this location as long she’s the there. Awesome

I’ve been in this Public Storage for years. Always clean, always available, no issues which what one should expect from a storage unit. Nothing has ever been broken where I have to call for help. Plenty of equipment to get your things moved, plenty of light, units are well ordered.
Seems like there’s a disconnect between the location and their home office.
Public Storage 6000 Coral Ridge Dr
I’ve been a Public Storage customer for over 30 years. My unit was recently increased by 35% per month. Even new customer rates were being advertised at a much cheaper rate. I called and spoke to the property manager Patrice which helped me by reducing my rate back down. Also told me to contact her if corporate changes it again. Thanks Patrice for your help!

Patrice was excellent in assisting me get 2 units for an emergency move. The property is well maintained. Only issues I have is the prices and lack properly working gate 😒 and carts have damaged wheels only 1 with proper wheels. Patrice needs a golf cart she hobbled down the hallsways to the units.
