I sold my home and is in the process of moving to an other state in a month.
Not quiet ready so I decided to search for a storage unit for the 1st time.
Of course the 1st thing that I've thought about is protecting my things in a safe temperature controlled enviornment at an affordable price.
Just when I was about to give up for the day of calling around, speaking to machines. I found my neighborhood public storage.
The operator told me that someone will meet me at the property in 30 minutes.
Long story short they never showed up but Rosalie came to my rescue way after her shift!
Rosalie was off the clock but was cleaning up a mess that a tenant left.
She saw my frustration and stepped right in. I told her that I was waiting for someone to show me 2 units.
She called and we both found out that no one was coming.
Rosalie was late to meet her husband for dinner but she still took the time to show me the units.
After she shown them I picked one, I told her that I would comeback in the morning and she said that she will help me with the kiosks if I wanted it that day.
Not only did Rosalie took the time she showed compassion and helped me every step of the way.

This location only offers outdoor drive-up access units. Down the road, there are additional Public Storage facilities with climate controlled units.
Selina was very helpful at this location. I ultimately determined the units at this specific Public Storage location did not meet my needs. However the manager assisted me with local knowledge of other storage facilities in the area, which helped me find the unit to meet my needs (down the road at another Public Storage). I was very grateful for the assistance. I've had similar positive interactions with other Public Storage staff nearby.

The units are covered in mold. And there was standing water. The whole place needs overhauled. I canceled within minutes of booking. Mold can ruin your stuff and your health. Do not rent here. Hopefully such a large corporation can upgrade their property.

The man who stands outside with a cup full of liquor blows my mind. I’ve been here 3 times and he walks in and out of the side door. He reeks of liquor and I’m not sure how he still works here! My experience was great. The details although quite a bit seemed easily expressed and I live the app idea. Last time I used storage there was no mandatory insurance. I like the idea of having insurance built in. I think the young ladies name was Rhonda but she works in the casselberry facility. Great company until you fall behind on payments for any reason! Was going through a rough financial time due to being homeless, living in a motel and having a roommate that didn't pay his share. Missed one payment and the late fees snowballed to the point that I couldn't hope to pay it and had to watch all my belongings be taken hostage and go to a lien sale...which didn't even sell! Now I've lost my belongings AND I'm going to be hounded for an $800 bill!

This is my first time renting a storage unit and so far the experience has been wonderful. Making the reservation online was easy. In person check in was easy. Vi was great! She answered all of my questions, was patient, and kind. When I arrived, the size unit I reserved wasn't available so I was upgraded at no additional charge (this was awesome) and in less than 20 minutes I was unloading my car into my new unit. I like that I can drive right up to it and our unit is on the end. Overall I'm really pleased with this process and the company. Even the woman who called me to confirm the reservation was nice.
