Erica in the front desk office has made my experience pleasant and easy. The facility is clean, easy to find, and ample parking. It's easy to use the gate code to get in when after hours, but safe with sufficient lighting and security cameras. Thanks once again for Erica helping me to secure a storage unit while I'm undergoing home repairs.

Cheapest storage I've found in the area by far!! HOWEVER, they are open CAGES, not storage units here. If you're okay with everyone seeing your stuff and maybe using stairs to get to your locker, then it's fine. Friendly staff.
False advertising, I need to use a stairs to get my locker. I cancel same day. And still try to charge my credit card. For clarification I made a reservation on line. When was in location I know I need to used a stairs. 8 feet over floor. Crazy

Very clean property Chrissy was super helpful was my very first storage I was nervous, but Chrissy made the experience smooth and easy.. very understanding to my needs as I thought I needed a small unit but when we broke down what I was storing she got me in a unit that was the right fit. Still with in my budget.. kudos to her facility is clean they do have cage units but she showed me how to secure it. I fully recommend the storage changed to Ps storage very clean property

Chrissy was soooo helpful. She showed me the options and how the facility works with dolly loans and easy access. I was waffling back and forth with whether or not I needed a unit and what size and she patiently gave me all the information I needed. The whole process was quick and easy. They even sell affordable packing supplies.

They really need to be open on Sunday. Many of us work during the week, Saturday’s are for errands, etc. Sunday is a great day to do storage. Just a suggestion. Overall, it’s a good storage facility.

I called this store this morning to speak with someone there. After being on the phone with the call center (which was hell because they just repeat the same thing over and over again) I finally got some help. I needed to know if I had to pay for a storage now if I need it in September and if I had to do all that paperwork twice. The guy that answered the phone who’s name I think is jimmy (believe he said he was the manager) was so helpful. Let me tell you this guy told me that I can schedule an appointment to come and see the space with him when it fits my schedule and then told me I didn’t have to do the paperwork in the office and stand up. He said something about erental and that he would walk me through the process when we meet up. So far I would give him 5 stars because he helped me understand because if you leave it up to the call center I would have went to a cubesmart down the street or someplace with no run around. I will update this post when I visit the space! See you soon Jimmy!!
