Drove into town after 3 years to get my stuff out of storage. I had to fly home in an fri ends had to put my things in storage. Had the wrong key and didn't know how to do anyth8ng once I got here. Have to leave town tonight. Susan was amazing and put me at ease and helped me!! So grateful!

The person that helped me was amazing, he was so personable, friendly, helpful, and very polite. He was also very patient. Walked with me to find my unit and provided me with great information on how to carry my belongings inside the unit. He worked on 9/9/24 at 10AM (Idk if I can put his name here). Unit started growing mold. I don’t know why you’d think having insulation in a storage in this weather/humidity is a smart thing. They also claim to be “climate controlled” but there is no A/C. Paid 250/month for a small unit and moved to a much nicer place in Boca that has A/C, elevators, dollys, etc for 200 a month, two times the size too. Don’t waste your money. Also when I called the office in September about the mold in my unit, I was told they took out the moldy insulation and put a new one in. Instead they rotated the same exact insulation and put it back. Oh and after that the people in the office would never answer my calls.

I initially had a reservation at the Hagen Ranch Facility but had a few questions and wanted to speak with someone in person. We showed up at 0930 and a sign was posted be back at 1130. We arrived back at 1200pm and still no one around. Another customer was there and had an appointment at 12pm. We all waited until 1230. Then we left and went over to the Facility on Atlantic Ave east of Jog. We were so happy to see a real person. Kamille was great, she was so warm and helpful. She gave us a tour of the facility and walked us through the whole process. The service she provided was excellent. Kamille did an outstanding job, can't wait to see her again.

The staff is super helpful and facilities were clean. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for storage.

Renee the manager was excellent in helping me understand and navigate my first time renting a storage unit. It was the perfect size and price point very reasonable.

I had a confirmation to move on last Saturday and there was no attendant. That being said I had to go to another location to do paperwork and move in. I had a van full of stuff with movers. Very disappointed. Public Storage needs to have attendant there on the weekends period. I rented here in the past and could always rely on Norbert. Now it's run like a self serve business.

I think Public Storage won the lottery when they hired Rene. Every time I've called her, she's been so helpful and courteous. Today I had to go by to update the lock on my dad's storage unit and figure out a plan for cleaning it out now that he's gone. Rene was not only helpful but extremely compassionate as well. If you want to see old school, high quality customer service, use this Public Storage.

I have been a customer of Public Storage for well over a decade. While I have seen my fair share of Property Managers come and go, the current Property Manager, Renee, is the best one yet! She is not only extremely professional, personable and knowledgeable over the phone, but is all that and more in person! Renee is most definitely a huge asset to the company and deserves praise for her work ethic. She genuinely cares and has an amazing personality on top of it! Such a joy to deal with and a rare find. Public Storage itself is a safe, secure, clean area with a variety of options to suit your needs. Their prices are competitive and I highly recommend them. Having Renee as the Property Manager and jack of all trades there is a plus and the icing on the cake! I felt I needed to add to my review since I have been going to my storage unit more frequently over the past 5 months or so. I have had the pleasure of dealing with the fantastic Property Manager, Renee on numerous occasions. I have been in the office several times watching her interact with the customers while waiting my turn and she is just so wonderful with everyone! She treats everybody with kindness and respect and just goes above and beyond. You are so very lucky to have her there! Renee remembers people's names and faces too, which isn't that common...especially since so many customers come and go. I often see her on the property cleaning up and checking on things. She amazes me and literally does it all! What a blessing to have such a terrific Manager in your employ! I highly recommend Public Storage...and Renee, of course.

First I want to thank God for blessing us with an angel called Renee!! It's been a little rough keeping up with my payments because I lost my job and my unit fee doubled. Renee, the Store Manager, called me every day to ensure my items did not go to auction. She asked me to come in so we could get everything situated. In addition, she not only gave me a deadline to come and how much to pay, she did it all with a smile. Her bright smile really made a tough situation bearable. THANK YOU Renee! Public Storage is lucky to have you. Oh, she did not finish there either, she called me back to follow up a week later to check-in and let me know everything was handled. They say the money is in the follow-up. That made my day considering I was having a rough day the day before. I could feel her smile and joy beaming through the phone. So needed. Renee thank you for sharing your light and joy. The world needs more people like yourself. Grateful to have you as the Store Manager.....please don't leave.

I was reluctant to visit this particular Public Storage as I had a poor experience with a previous property manager here in the past. Well, I gave it a shot and stopped in right before closing where I was met by Renee who happens to be the new property manager. I couldn't help but notice that the front office is actually clean now, she was super nice, knowledgeable and also took the time to show me the unit to make sure it would fit my needs.Thank you for everything!

Update: On same day I wrote review, I received a call from the district manager, Dan, who was extremely professional, listened to my concerns and made the fair decision to credit my next monthly payment (June's) for amount of the lock. I am very pleased with this outcome. I only wish it did not take as much effort as it did on my part, to get what I was told would happen, to happen. Thank you, Dan! I find it necessary to share my experience so that others are aware of what can also happen to them. I rented a unit effective 4/8/22 online. I did not notice I was being forced to purchase a lock during that process. I actually did not need the unit until 4/11, but decided to take advantage of the offer available on the 1 unit left in size I needed. I am in transition between FL and CT, and a couple of weeks ago, while in CT, I reached out to Renee, to review the different amounts that had been charged on my credit card, to understand the difference from what I had originally been told the amounts would be. It was during that conversation that Renee advised I had been charged for a lock. According to her, the system forces one to purchase a lock. I did not need it because I had one from renting a unit from PS in the past. Renee advised me that returning the lock for a refund would not be a problem. I advised her I’d be returning to FL on 5/14 and would stop in to do that, as well as remove their renter’s insurance on the following day (5/15)- as I believed I would be covered under my homeowners policy, which I would confirm, before stopping in. Renee never mentioned there is a 30 day return period, or no return if lock has been used. She made it sound like there would be no issue at all. “Just come on in & I’ll take care of it.” When I went by on Sunday, it was Jason at the desk, who was the one to inform me about the 30 day and use of lock thing. I was pretty surprised about this change in communication about the facility’s policies, as since Renee advised she is a manager, I assumed she was providing me accurate information. I then took care of the renter’s insurance piece, and asked Jason to please have Renee call me. Since she did not, I called back on Tuesday and Renee, who was there, simply advised that since Jason was over her, if he said I could not return the lock, then there was nothing she could do. I do not appreciate this lack of congruence in communication being provided by a business. I do not think it is too much to expect employees of the same company, especially at management level, to know their company’s policies. As I told Jason and Renee, had I known about the 30 day policy, I would have had my neighbor return the lock. The lock costs $22. It is not about that. It is about feeling comfortable with people with whom we do business. Just give me the correct information, the rules of the game, so I can know what I need to do. That’s all. I have left 2 messages for the district manager, to discuss this, as I decide whether to keep my unit here; or go somewhere else. It’s unfortunate that something so avoidable becomes such an inconvenience for the customer. I guess there is such a high demand for units in FL, Public Storage had become comfortable with treating customers like this. Not good.

Have a rental unit for over 5 years and just added another. Be sure and stop and see Renee, the happiest, most helpful person at Public Storage.
