The best part of this location is Hazra and Aaliyah. They maintain the facility wonderfully and are fantastic in regards to customer service - super friendly and always willing to help.
My only issue is with the pricing. I've had a unit at this location for years, and they keep increasing the rent (while giving lower rates to new customers).

The staff here has been tremendous. They have gone out of their way to help us out on several occasions. One day I left a couple of items outside my door and locked it and left. Insanely good customer service from Hazra. I was driving from Tennessee to Florida with all of my stuff so I’d be arriving late and wanted to come the next morning at 6am but I was having trouble logging in so I was getting a bit worried. Hazra helped me loads by coming up with solutions and stayed on the phone with me until I was signed in and had all the access codes and everything. I’m so grateful! Reserved a unit & made an appointment to go to the office. When we got there no one was there. We asked a couple that was moving stuff into the units if anyone was in the office, they said someone was there. We figured maybe the person just went to the bathroom or something. We waited around for over 30 minutes, ringing the doorbell to no avail. My father called the number & it connected him to the call center. They offered to help but after 10 minutes he was hung up on. I took my business elsewhere.

Two very professional and wonderful ladies, Hazra and Cassandra helped me renting a storage unit. Hazra was my main contact and I wish every company employ people like her. Cassandra was also very friendly keeping me occupied when there was a technical error Hazra was trying to fix. The customer service people made a spelling error which can unfortunately not fixed but Hazra managed to find other ways to help me anyways with her big smily face and shining eyes, happy to be helpful. The storage from the office to the actual units are perfectly clean and tidy. Hazra showed me the unit and helped me upload the app to access my unit. If you are looking for a nice place don't look further. This is my place now.

Upon arriving, we were immediately, and warmly greeted by Hazra. Although we got there just minutes before closing, she was extremely patient and did not make us feel rushed. We had been locked out of our storage unit because of minor technical issues, and not only did she explain why it had occurred, but she also provided empathy, relatability, and reassurance. She made prompt phone calls, and within 5 minutes, we were good to go!

Storage space is adequate and original price contract was comparable to other local units but after having the storage unit for 4 months my price was increased by $50 a month. I will always understand periodic price increases but not expected after only 4 months of being a customer and at such an incremental rate. Not a company I wish to continue doing business with.
