I recently broke my key when I tried to open my lock at Public Storage. Fred went out of his way to help me open the broken lock. Since we could not open the lock offered various options on what I can do to fix the problem. He showed extreme patience and professionalism. Public Storage is lucky to have employees like him.

I was originally happy, but they’ve substantially raised the rate every few months and there doesn’t seem to be clarity around why or the frequency. I guess they’ll do this every few months forever until I leave?

This place is amazing!! i was transferring to a different college and i had a lot of stuff to put in the storage unit but the person that was supposed to help me ditched meš

David was absolutely amazing. I called looking for a last minute option to store some things. Not only was he very accommodating helping me get this unit quickly but also helped when it didn't all fit and I need a second unit. This property is nice and clean and very easy for a large truck to move around!

Very difficult to get to a storage unit that closes at 5 and 6 everyday when you work like any other normal human. I was not aware that I wouldn’t have access at all after those hours. Storage unit i used for years prior to this was 24 hours, and Very accessible. I called to try and get access after hours when i went around 9pm after work because I desperately need to get some belongings and the Women on the phone was extremely rude. This being an inside air conditioned unit….I don’t understand why you can’t get in the building after 5pm

Well, for starters, they were gremlins. I was out for the council speak medical reasons, and I missed a payment on my storage and possibly two anyway they will not work with me as I offered to make payments and told me that it was going to auction unless I pay $700 upfront within five days. I offered to make payments and work with them because my entire life was in there, and I had absolutely no choice and not paying or paying as if I was a gremlin. I’m sorry but that was the most unprofessional experience I’ve had.

This place is highway robbery. Every few months the price increased. The climate controlled units were hot. They don't tell you that your price can increase to basically double the price in a year.

I had a wonderful experience on the phone today with Robert Joaseus, the mgr at the 801 Clintmore Road/Boca Raton Public Storage. My staff and I haven't actually visited the space in years, so we're experiencing the usual issues with lost keys and forgotten security codes, ALL of which Robert fixed.

Great storage facility. Convenient location, prices comparable to everything else in the area I researched, location and hours are standard and sufficient, and the guy at the front, Jason, was very helpful and nice.
Update: I needed to get a bigger unit and even though things are really booked up constantly, they were able to make it work and give me a rate I was very happy with. Happy customer once again!
