I recently broke my key when I tried to open my lock at Public Storage. Fred went out of his way to help me open the broken lock. Very difficult to get to a storage unit that closes at 5 and 6 everyday when you work like any other normal human. I was not aware that I wouldn’t have access at all after those hours. Storage unit i used for years prior to this was 24 hours, and Very accessible. I called to try and get access after hours when i went around 9pm after work because I desperately need to get some belongings and the Women on the phone was extremely rude. This being an inside air conditioned unit….I don’t understand why you can’t get in the building after 5pm

Well, for starters, they were gremlins. I was out for the council speak medical reasons, and I missed a payment on my storage and possibly two anyway they will not work with me as I offered to make payments and told me that it was going to auction unless I pay $700 upfront within five days. I offered to make payments and work with them because my entire life was in there, and I had absolutely no choice and not paying or paying as if I was a gremlin. I’m sorry but that was the most unprofessional experience I’ve had.

This place is highway robbery. Every few months the price increased. The climate controlled units were hot. They don't tell you that your price can increase to basically double the price in a year.
