Needed a storage unit for less than a month and decided to use Public Storage. Super easy process to get it setup and they provide a lock and key for you. Love the easy access on the app to get in and out, the controlled climate unit was great and it was even easier to get this cancelled by going into the local office at the location. Using Public Storage was seamless and very easy. I booked online and everything was in order when I arrived. Their rates were better than all other options. The tractor trailer was given with alternative access (than for cars) to allow it enough room to unload the items that I sent to storage. The workers at the facility were friendly and very helpful as well. I would highly recommend this company for any storage needs.

If you reserve online, you get really good rental deals. The staff are super helpful. The facility is spotlessly clean, and we rent a climate controlled unit . The temperature of our unit is ideal for the storage of delicate items. Also, if you need to spend some time in the unit organizing your stuff, it's cool enough to be very pleasant.

Ramona in the office is extremely helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I rented a second unit online and tried to get to my unit and the new gate access code did not work. I went into the office to ask them about it and Ramona noticed I had one unit on one side of the property and another on the other side property. She quickly looked at her list and found me another right around the corner from my first unit. She handled everything in a matter of minutes. I feel extremely comfortable with my stuff on the property. I was very happy with the service I received. Would definitely recommend this public storage property. Ramona is the best.

I have been a customer at this location since May 2015, renting a 10x16 storage unit. Ramona is the best Location Manager I have dealt with. She is professional, she is listening and always trying to help. Last but not least, she is smiling and very kind. The whole facility is clean and well maintained. She deserves the 5 stars.
The only thing I am not very happy with, is the monthly rental that has nearly doubled in 7 years! The management should be vigilant and understand that there is more and more competition as new facilities are getting built in the area. It is easier to keep a customer happy than to make a new one!

As someone who usually doesn’t write reviews, I still felt the need to let the public know about how great my experience has been with this Public Storage location. The reason it has been such a pleasant experience is because of Ramona. She has gone above and beyond for me more than once and does it with a smile on her face. I can tell that she genuinely cares about doing the right thing and making customers happy, which is something I find more and more rare every day. Ramona clearly takes pride in the work she does and displays a tremendous amount of patience in doing so. She exemplifies the way customers should be treated and I hope she is fully appreciated by her boss and the company. Aside from Ramona, the storage space is clean and I am very happy with my experience all around.
